Don't worry, I'm not. I assume the worst that happens is suicide since he admits he's depressed and anxious when not making videos, but I doubt it. No there is no way to find out when someone was last online, even as a friend. You would only be able to infer via last message/DM sent.

I will say, discord had a revamp of their username system between then and now. It may well be that the user IDs got swapped around and re-generated based on the new permanent usernames that people chose.
For example, discord used to allow "USERNAME #0000" as a person's screen-name because they had an internal user ID that was generated when you made an account.
Now you have a much more standard "USERNAME" format, and I don't know for certain that the backend IDs remained the same after the change.
So it COULD be Jimmy, but I have literally no way of knowing or seeing what other servers that user is in.

The IDs to my understanding should be the same as the way the new username system works is basically the old username system but with an unchangeable and hidden #0 discriminator for all. I don't think the snowflake IDs they generate ever cared for the discriminator.
