Honestly if you found an account I didn't own, but which is from a website that is very bad to be associated with, I'd probably do the same thing or feign ignorance.

Like if you found an account you think is mine on site A, B and C, but site C hosts CP, CSAM, zoosadism porn, bestiality, etc I'd probably say "yes that's true I have an account on site A and B, but that's not my account on site C" just because it's far more harmful to say nothing than to say anything.
