If it was one picture that was texted to Geno and that’s it, I don’t see this going anywhere either. Especially since the Rekietas are documented exhibitionist swingers. If every Minnesotan who sent his buddy a cheeky pic of the girl he was boinking was prosecuted for revenge porn, no DA’s office in Minnesota would be able to get anything done.

I can see it having a Streisand effect, though. If Nick and Kayla were smart they would draw as little attention to Kayla’s nudes as possible.

I can't imagine the St. Cloud PD is excited about doing following up on Internet bullshit (high school tier, less the issues of minor distribution), but you never know what a DA might decide is worth pursuing.

Do we have any context on the photo itself? Like was this a locals tier photo? If more, what the fuck, Rekietas. If Locals-level, wtf Aaron.

The photo was one taken of Kayla "standing there naked." You can also see her rosebud tit tattoo. No information if Aaron took the photo, or if Kayla sent him the message.

The photo in question to the best of everyone's knowledge was not one of the photos that was already published on Nick's locals/discord boards.

Aaron appears to be the ONLY person who has a copy on his cellphone.

Keanu says April contacted her probing for more information about the photo after Keanu talked publicly on her show about it (appearing to confirm the polycule watch everything).

April also contacted Geno, per Keanu.

Keanu claims April asked her if Aaron had sent her anything which included her (April) or Nick.... which would seem to imply that the polycule believed it was possible that Aaron had sexually explicit content involving Nick Rekieta on his phone to send to Keanu/Geno!

KEANU CONFIRMS THAT APRIL TOLD HER THEY INTENDED TO FILE A REPORT ON THE MATTER! She says that her and Geno eventually stopped responding because they didn't want to be involved.

A) The infamous bottles in Kayla & Nick's asses. (Or more realistically shoved into their thighs way up to appear as of the whiskey bottles are way up there in the crack of their asses.

B) Underwear/lingerie photos, especially for "Ass Wednesdays."

To the best of my knowledge there were no FULL nudes posted on locals of Kayla. I am sure there are other people who may have more/full details including the photos.

I got it from the Office of the Revisor of Statutes, 2023 is the Current Statutes. What can happen and what will happen are two entirely different things. I just find it extremely funny how much of a smug fag Aaron is and how "his lawyer told him he's in the clear" and yet here he is committing a crime live on stream. They posted their nude backsides on the Hedonism II sign (with the sign largely cropped out) on locals. I'm not aware of any full frontal.
