Preemies look weird most of the time but I stand by what I said earlier: that poor baby is fucked up somehow. His right ear still doesn't look right. There's simply no way a vaping, uncontrolled diabetic toxic waste dump like Kim, combined with retard Dalton, could produce a normal, healthy child.

The foot doesn’t look right, it looks way too turned in. I agree with you that he probably does have some issue.

Newborns looks puffy and weird, but that face is dysmorphic. combined that with low set ears, thick hooded eyelids, and the foot…the kid as I said above, needs a karyotype done.

Dalton rarely gets the credit he deserves - Kim, Sammie et al may be legally retarded, but Dalton is truly the dumbest person featured in this thread.

The tow truck company he started despite not having a tow truck - the hi vis outfits - driving without a license (we know he never got one) - not knowing how to spell his own kids names. It's just one mostly harmless stupid thing after another. He probably doesn't even get tardbucks because neither he, or anyone in his life bothered to fill out the paperwork.

We've since been shown that he actually doesn't have microtia but his ears are still abnormal looking in addition to his facies and other potential issues.

Yes I know newborns are weird looking, especially preemies, but this one is extra. And not in the good way.

(It's absurdly early and I'm not a doctor, but I'm still gonna place my bets on Noonan syndrome.)

I'm guessing she's talking about smoking pot. While I believe Darnell goes off and does whatever drugs he can get, I think Sammie's stuck to marijuana. You never know with her because she lies around 90% of the time but she used to post about getting high.
