I did this in 2020. Most of the responses were pretty amusing, but one made me feel bad and I stopped.

Basically, the person explained that this was just a gig for them, they only did it because COVID wrecked their real job, and they were upset by the abuse that other people and I sent. I apologized and decided that I didn't want to bother low-level henchmen anymore.

I'm getting old.

That's sad. And you should keep doing it anyway.

The way you topple tyrants is to make their underlings unwilling to do the dirty work for them. Telemarketers and customer support drones are one thing, but their political counterparts should be shunned worse than the smelliest bums on the street.

Traumatize their propagandists. Terrify their muscle. Give their flacks anxiety. Overwhelm their secretaries. Stress out their mail room. Nitpick their speechwriters into an autistic breakdown. Discredit every pseudo-intellectual they rely on for cover. Bully every public supporter into privatizing accounts or DFE. Force their forums to become invite-only. Do not let them treat public support of their fake candidates as a freely available choice; make it cost something, every day.

I don't know why people fall for the popular vote meme time and time again. Hillary technically beat Trump in 2016 via the popular vote and it was literally all seething Californians giving her an advantage. Literally. 3 million lead nationally, 4 million in CA.
Do you want seething Californians determining who is president? I sure af don't.

That's what gets me about the popular vote autism. I don't need the same group of people holding my life hostage for smaller and smaller minorities telling me, "Land doesn't vote, people do!" You mean people that somehow have 300-800% voter turnout rate? Like there's no one living on that "land?" There's a whole country outside those cities, filled with a variety of people that have their own concerns and interests, and I'm tired of people pretending there's not.

Sounds great until you visit a country that doesn't have a basic safety net like SS for their seniors. Old people begging on the streets until they starve to death, people just stepping over the corpses on the sidewalk like it's an everyday thing. Vietnam is like that and in nicer areas too. Everyone thinks they'd be fine until they aren't.

Social security puts the comfort of the dying old above those of the struggling young. While old people need be taken care of, SS is the a retarded way to do it. It robs vital money from young people at a crucial time to achieveing economic success.
Consider that an extra $3000 to a young person entering the workforce has a much greater economic impact than an extra $3000 to a grandpa. The young person can create a business, raise children, or even invest in their own retirement savings fund that would outperform SS. The old man can't invest the money since he can't work (if he could, he wouldn't need SS), he can only spend the money. He's already worked a lifetime, so he either saved up for retirement, or has raised children / trained an apprentice that will take care of him in exchange for help caring for their children. This is a natural cycle of human clans that has persisted for thousands of years, but
Social Security disrupts this cycle. By transferring wealth from the young to the elderly, retirees under SS now no longer need to be supported by their children and use that freedom to move out. This dramatically raises housing and childcare costs, and ensures that current Adults struggle to get ahead even more and raise the the grandchildren in a swirling death spiral. Only by removing SS (or even allowing them to opt out) can the natural order be restored. SS is a society-ender scheme which makes it's flaws apparently to even the average joe after only a few generations. The only question is if it will be stopped in time.

In their defense, this is probably true for any generation while they're in that age range.

Preacher intonation and cadence. This is something I think a huge number of suburban white women will totally go for. They want to go to a black church for the vibes but feel like they'd be appropriating something. They want to feel like they were at an MLK speech. Picking this kind of candidate for 2024 would have been a good move. I expect by 2028 the fads will have moved on a bit.

Moreover, they are including instructions with their messaging. They aren't simply saying that this speech will be historic and listened to for generations to come, they are telling their people that this is how you are going to treat this speech. You will will this speech into historic relevance because that is what is required, regardless of the speech's actual merit.
