BASED JERONE. I find it so interesting the Democrats hate guns. I grew up with a guy who was a genuine communist, like RED-RED, he was a Trotskyite. (He was a lot older, like an uncle.)

He told me that the first thing any oppressive regime does is take your guns. The Soviets took the guns from the people after the revolution was done. The Maoists took the guns from the people after the war was done, and only allowed trusted Party members to possess weapons to carry out the "Cultural Revolution." He was very big on his guns, and he told me he never trusted Democrats because they wanted to take away guns. He said they were weak liberals with no convictions, no morals, and no understanding of what it was to fight for yourself or what you believe in. He said gun control wasn't about saving lives, it was about securing power. "People who want to hurt people will always be able to secure access to a weapon. People who want to protect themselves won't." He was as based as a commie could be.

Not only does Donald Trump have a history of demeaning NAB.J members and honorees who remain pillars of the Black press, he also has a history of attacking the media and working against the vital role the press play in our democracy. "

We know Donald Trump is going to lie about his record and the real harm he's caused Black communities at NABJ - and he must be called out. "He will lie about the skyrocketing Black unemployment and Black uninsured rates our communities suffered from when he was president.

"He'll lie about his failed response to the pandemic that cost Black Americans our lives and our livelihoods. "He'll lie about skyrocketing crime under his leadership and make grand claims about putting checks in people's pockets when we know his Project 2025 agenda would cost our families thousands.

"Black voters see Donald Trump's lies and empty pandering for what they are - and they will hold him accountable at the polls this November. "In contrast, Black voters will hear from Democratic leaders at the NABJ convention about the promises the Biden-Harris administration has kept to our community: millions of jobs created for Black workers, record high Black employment, support for Black-owned small businesses, and billions in student debt relief working to close the racial wealth gap. The choice could not be more clear."

Some black men do like Trump and it does not matter whether they vote or not. What matters is that Democrats will expend resources to shore up a voting bloc they already have - it's a way of getting the Harris campaign to waste resources.

That's my suspicion anyway. Plus, Trump is a narcissist and wants attention.

Old Mitch looks REALLY fucking rough, and I'd feel bad for him if I didn't get the implication and vibe that he's kind of a traitor and only loyal to himself. That's from very cursory research though. The fucker is 82 years old and still in a position of power. Absolute horror show.

Back on topic, because I'm incredibly late and had catching up to do. Actions speak louder than any words, and I've learned a handy word called optics. The supposedly black candidate shafting a bunch of black journalists after publically losing the endorsement of Black Lives Matter PLUS a history of slave labor practices against black men... VERY bad optics. She must really hate black people.

The problem has already solved itself. Remember, if you don't vote for Biden, you ain't black. So there are no blacks in this upcoming election anymore, they don't have anything to be concerned over.

I think I figured out the Kamala campaign strategy.

Essentially, they are banking on us being in a Post-Truth World.

They are just going to state things as facts, and they are true because they say them, and they will look at you like you're an idiot if you ask for proof.

So Trump is soft on the border, Kamala will fix it. But you say, Trump had a demonstrated history of being tough on the border, since before he was President and certainly in office.
