I agree with 99% of what you say (thought I still feel far from sorry for her) but I do just have to point out that she probably feels empty like 99.999% of the time that she isn't actively high, fucking or causing drama. This is an improper utilitarian calculation because you didn't factor in that a person can be released from prison but cannot be revived from murder. Murder then is a permanent violation of consent under what you've outlined here.
