Paris 2024 Olympics shenanigans - The most multicultural Olympics ever.

Edit 3: Apparently it's up in the air. The article I posted claims it did chromosomal testing but some kiwis did some digging and I guess it's up to you figure out whether Algeria would want to give a tranny a pass in order to score a medal or if she's an actual she and her genetics are just top tier for sporting.
That's a whole ass nigga. He might be lightskinned, but that's a dude.

About the food, I can speak from personal experience here.

First, athletes are black holes when it comes to food. After a competition, they are starving and not all go home immediately after finishing their runs. And depending on the discipline, not all have diets but normal food, which can be a bit limited before a competition to avoid digestion issues. Also, teams bring their coaches, trainers, assistants, etc. And all of those need to be fed as well. So, you can't limit their food saying "healthy" because most people there eat normal.

Second, my city hosted a event like this and obviously, they had to feed everybody. The food was divided in three: pasta, grill, peruvian. Peruvian food was normal Peruvian food with less spices and condiments so everybody could eat it. The athletes in general ate everything without most restrictions. The days they got free from competition, they tried new stuff because, come on, a lot of them are big guys, they eat A LOT and they love to eat (eg. that pic of Trump with all the burgers? Yeah, like that. They eat a lot of trash too).

There are some cultural aspects about events like this. People probably expected to try French food and they wasted the chance with their "environment friendly" bs.

Turkey is a mob nation. That man is a killer clearly.

I don't get it, being gay is illegal in algeria so why are they the faggot boxer king of the olympics, it's almost like someone is uhhh manipulating the system.
she was considered a female since birth, brought up as a female and lives as a female. There a bunch of pictures from her childhood on the internet. So, either it's a defective male who only discovered he is male through the IBA ban or a woman with a syndrome, intersex or something else.

Just to be clear: according to Reduxx, both Imane Khalif and Lin Yuting are intersex rather than trannies. They have pseudo-vulvas for some reason and probably thought they were female until puberty, same as Caster Semenya.
I suspect this is going to make it much more difficult for the issue to be dealt with, unfortunately.

These two are the same thing, in both cases they're male

Assuming they are intersex (not roided up), this situation is weird and not black-and-white like AGP troon losers competing in women’s sport. Is this person supposed to pick up and leave the sport they’ve devoted their entire life to, as a woman, because of these factors? This is a person who gathered scrap metal to afford bus tickets to the training gym, and had to overcome the disapproval of their father to follow this path. They probably thought they were just the biggest beast of a woman for the longest time, a modern-day Amazon, destined to be a boxing goddess, All of the sudden, at the peak of their performance, they get this info they are actually a genetic male. Yet, this is their career, they have reached the top level as a woman, and they have to keep pushing forward to make it, so backing down from competition is not an option.

Then, all the shifting bureaucratic issues with international boxing muddy the waters. None of the official agencies appeared to hold a clear standard on how to approach this case. The Algerian Commitee reported high test, while the IBA said it was chromosomal. This one actually has my head fucked. It would make for an interesting piece of fiction writing.

Sure, he can fight in the men's division now that they know what he is.

What are the female boxers supposed to do, just take a beating from this dude so his feelings aren't hurt?

We are soon going to see some women's sports ceasing to exist altogether over this pretty soon.

let me see if I understand this right...

Both boxers just happen to be the exception to the rule that troons point to when they want to larp in women's sports, the IOC didn't do a genital check, and now they have the trope now of a trans person winning a gold medal?

In the most manliness option we could think of in Boxing?

Even so, regardless of feelings, looking at their bone structure and obvious hulking mass, they shouldn't have been allowed in the ring, period. Every combat sport where even a hint of this going on makes it unsafe for the woman.

Regardless of the 'she's not trans' argument, the fact that it's even an option for Boxing and other sports? oy vey

This is something I considered but felt dubious on. The odds of two Olympic athletes having a very specific intersex disorder resulting in androgenization naturally occurring isn't impossible but is weirdly specific.
Suspiciously masculine women have always been part of women's competitions, even before chromosomal disorders were fully understood. Wikipedia lists 18 known intersex Olympians, including Khelif, all but one competing with women.

I do agree with you that he should compete in the men’s division, ultimately, as they are biologically a man.

However, the analysis of this situation is more compelling than some washed-up male athlete trooning out and beating on women to get their kicks and medals. This is a person who, until a year ago, was raised as a woman, believed they were a woman, and knew nothing but being a woman. Then, because of the career they chose, they learned otherwise, and that newfound knowledge puts their career in a tenuous place, especially in today’s world. It is the stuff of fiction.

Even if this person is indeed some genetic mishap and not an actual troon, the harsh backlash this event receives, stems from troon fatigue, which is the result of a decade of forced identity politics worldwide. I bet there wouldn't have been such an outrage back in 2008, or even 2012.
I kind of have a feeling the olympic committee considered the potential risks, when they allowed the participation and chose to ignore them, cause they just couldn't help themselves. Virtue had to be signalled, fascists had to be owned and their desire to provoke had to be fulfilled. This strange boxer is the best tool for this. If it is truly just some freak of nature, Chuds can be "rightfully" called out as reactionary, uninformed idiots. Perfect trap. Bravo.

It's definitely a male with DSD, raised as female.

That man's situation is unfortunate. However the solution is not to just let him beat up more female competitors because muh feels. Those females trained just as hard all their lives.

If he had any honor whatsoever he wouldn't have continued fighting girls once they found out the truth.

Surprising it took this long for people to get up in arms about the number of trans athletes competing in women's events given that according to the AP there are 193 openly LGBTQ+ athletes competing (an increase from 186 at the 2021 Tokyo games). It would be nice to know how many are the T part of that group but it is probably considered transphobic to ask.
The number of trannies in this total is also obscured by the "non-binary" athletes who are all just women looking to elevate their social status and appropriately compete in the women's events. I believe there are a couple of Americans in Paris who fall under this.

The tranny swimmer Lia Thomas was denied from going, thank fuck. At Tokyo, a big bloke from New Zealand named Laurel Hubbard wormed his way into women's weightlifting and placed last in his group after three failed snatch lifts, though he still stole the spot from a kiwi woman. It looks like he hasn't returned in Paris.

Jesus I just caught a small part of the women's 66kg boxing and seeing the italian woman break down in tears against what looks to be a tranny(or just an unfortunately ugly woman, Imane Khalief?) Algerian boxer was heartbreaking to watch.

Edit: yep it's a tranny.

The italian boxer got hit with a single right hand, her team threw in the towel and then she broke down crying in the ring, the algerian tried to console her but the italian didn't even acknowledge him.
Fuck me that sucks.

edit2: now with video, the italian called the fight off after a punch. Unless you're an italian lip reader we can't know for sure what happened but I can take a wild guess.

imagine working hard all your life, every high, every down. all working up to this moment as the highlight of your life only to be forced to surrender to an ogre after the first punch. women have it hard. i apriciate her determination to not bitterly smile and eat shit in the ring just to appease the opposition.

Ok, but Jesus Christ, this person is 25, banned for being xy in 2022? 2023? If he grew up "as a girl" how is it possible that he didn't question not his sex, but at least his health when he didn't start menstruating in his teens? You grew up like a girl, you should have female friends to discuss "female things" with, periods is one of the things you talk about.

You are in your twenties and you still hadn't you first period, are seriously so stupid to think it's normal? So, the explanation for this could be:

1: the president of IBA lied for... Reasons. Maybe because the association is captured by Russia or something and Khelif is female with a dsd

2: Khelif is xy and knew it since his teens. He started boxing before knowing and when he realized it he kept quiet because his advantage could make him earn money

3: his coaches realized he's a man and fooled him, telling him that some women don't menstruate, to exploit his advantage.

4: ?
