I've been meaning to create the script to get his posts for like a month now, I'm a little annoyed that I didn't get the chance to do it before he deleted his other account, I imagine the stats/insights would've been even more interesting

Realistically I just wanted a program to alert me everytime he made a new Disqus post, and also save it to a database, cause I feel like he probably deletes Disqus posts often, but have no way of proving that, so I was poking around looking for websockets, and noticed in my network inspector that everything on Disqus is done via API calls, so I googled and found out the API is completely free to use https://disqus.com/api/docs/

I may also work on something for his Bluesky, but he doesn't really post much there

It's actually borderline impossible to change your name on Paypal. An associate of mine fled Belarus and got a legal name change in an EU country, but it took YEARS for Paypal to let him change the name on his account even though Lukashenko's goons were after him. Even then Paypal caches your name locally or something like that because even a decade later if I go to pay him for something it STILL comes up as "pay [old name]" on my screen.

I've thought similar before. Decided to conduct a crude experiment comparing Lou's most recent week with super prolific Farmer @AnOminous



He currently has 183,273 posts as of me typing this post on August 1, 2024. If I rounded up his account age to an even 10 years (not counting leap days), he posts an average of 50 posts a day.

From July 24 to July 31, Lou posted 1731 comments on Disqus. That's an average of 247 posts a day. To achieve the same amount of posts that Lou made in a week, AnOnimous would have to maintain his usual rate for 34.5 days.

On a side note- while both post a fuckton, AnOminous's post quality is far superior to Lou's. It's not all simply "die Jack Scalfani" (most of the time). Rather, it compromises an array of topics from cooking to law sperging. Meanwhile Lou types the first things that his tiny brain immediately shits out and is so redundant that you can replace him with a random.txt script of his posts and probably not notice. If it wasn't for the fact that the syntax is different, I could've easily assumed that @KingFrampt had accidentally copy and pasted that latest dead mom nonsense thrice.

tl;dr: Holy shit!!

Did the rough math on my own numbers. I've averaged about 2.5 posts a day since 2017. Sounds about right.

My takeaway from this is two things:

• Every time Lou says he's too disabled to work, look at his Disqus output. I don't know what that would equate to, maybe the live customer service on-website (that isn't an AI yet), but there has to be something in the world of low-low-level computer-touching that's equivalent. He could probably find at least a futa commission's worth of piecework a week on Mechanical Turk.
• The difference between Lou and a KF poster isn't the direction of their bigotry. It comes down to good old-fashioned craftsmanship, and pride in one's work.

Sometimes, when you don't work for long periods of time, your schedule can shift. There was a period where I was fully nocturnal while between jobs. It was very strange to be going to bed just as the rest of the world was waking up. And it was also stressful to be on an entirely opposite schedule to the people around me.

Honestly, given Lou's schedule, it doesn't surprise me that he's got so much friction with the rest of the household.

Yeah, it's not surprising that a 40 year old man who has never had a job and still lives with his family has a messed up sleep schedule. I'm just glad we finally have confirmation.

This explains so much about how Lou's able to coexist with his family. They know he's there, of course, but I can see how someone with a Lou squatting in their house would unconsciously prefer to pretend the opposite.

Sometimes, when you don't work for long periods of time, your schedule can shift. There was a period where I was fully nocturnal while between jobs. It was very strange to be going to bed just as the rest of the world was waking up. And it was also stressful to be on an entirely opposite schedule to the people around me.

There was about a one year period where I was working third shift and during that span I was practically a hermit. The hardest part was figuring out when was best to sleep: after work in the AM or in the afternoon/early evening. Neither was a good choice. Not a huge deal for a NEET with zero connection with the world outside his bedroom save for the tithe of food his mother supplies him with though. Unfathomably selfish for a 40 year old man to hide away like that.
