The polls they use still oversample Democrats, and Twitter is significantly bipartisan(Some one argue it's still more left leaning). So I don't really see how that would make that poll less valid in anyway.

The polls publish the demographic information that they collect and make that known to anyone who cares to actually do a little bit of digging. Dishonest journalists not wanting to include that is hardly surprising, but not relevant to the discussion.

A sample size of 200 people is still going to have a huge margin of error compared to a sample size of 350k regardless of diminishing returns.

It's actually only a margin of error about about 7% even for the entire US voting population. You only need to sample roughly 100 people to get a margin of error under 10%.

Both wars were not really sold as wars in a way most people understand it to be, but actually military operations. The expectation was to see a repeat of Desert Storm where the USA would show up, use massive firepower and shock and awe to deliver one huge blow, and be done. What actually happened was that there was a invasion, but then they decided to stay around and partake in the complete farce of "nation building" trying to LARP out a post-WW2 style reconstruction when no one wanted it other than lobbyists who would get paid.

Iraq and Libya helped destablize the enemies of Israel and Saudi Arabia. US/UK companies also got Oil rights out of it. In Afghanistan there were the poppy fields, which co-incided with the Western opioid epidemic helping Big Pharma. In Afghanistan the pipeline which was built to try and take part of Russias gas market. Which was completed a year before the US pulled out.

Alright, so, on this topic of him being extremely weird and creepy around kids. I'm backtracking and reading through the entire thread via highlights, not a lot of progress yet, I'm just doing my due diligence so I can be a well educated hater, you know?

I had always thought, yeah, there's the journal situation, the him sniffing kids thing, but I never thought there was something so fucking brazen caught on camera, like this shit.

The only reason Shapiro makes sense is that he maybe helps them win Pennsylvania, but that's not a given as Harris is still the presidential candidate and every bit as unlikeable regardless of who her VP pick is. The other issue is that Shapiro probably pisses off a lot of the muzzies and the shitheads protesting on college campuses that the Democrats like to exploit for cheap labor during the election season and might cost them a state like Michigan.

Not even looking at electoral effects (I don't think they'll matter that much when all's said and done), a Shapiro pick would increase the chances of the DNC becoming an open bonfire, and if that happens, it's game, set, and match Trump.
The Democrats' top priority right now should be making sure their Convention goes smoothly; if they can do that, they stand a fighting chance. If not... the flames will be amusing to watch (provided they don't extend, say, four hours down state).
