Beast admits edgy language

MrBeast admits to using ‘inappropriate language while trying to be funny’ as a teen after clips surface with racist, homophobic comments.

When Jimmy was a teenager he acted like many kids and used inappropriate language while trying to be funny,” according a statement from MrBeast’s rep provided to Variety. “Over the years he has repeatedly apologized and has learned that increasing influence comes with increased responsibility to be more aware and more sensitive to the power of language. After making some bad jokes and other mistakes when he was younger, as an adult he has focused on engaging with the MrBeast community to work together on making a positive impact around the world.”

MrBeast was responding to recent criticism to comments that he is heard making in a 2017 clip from one of his livestreams, which was shared on X by YouTuber Rosanna Pansino in a July 24 post

So the plan seems to be, hide all the evidence you can, stay quiet as long as you can, and hope you can revise history into thinking it was just edgy jokes and no kids were put at any real risk, then he'll link that article and say "on top of apopogising for years, I've already come out and said sorry! Why am I still getting hate??" we think in the wake of that article and the C&Ds?

This was posted on r/YoutubeDrama, but it seems there's a video that makes some serious allegations about The Beast Games as a, in his words, former contestant.

The font is good ol' Times (new roman). It doesn't quite match the spacing though:

Even if styled in lowercase it's not quite a match:

However, the wee closing parenthesis that presumably escaped the redaction looks smaller and slightly different than the ones in the following lines, so fuck knows.

ETA: Prolly the bracketed texts are not the firm's full name but a (hereinafter 'the Counsel') or something like that.
