Despite being embarrassingly fake and phoney Biden's "aw shucks" average nice dumb guy routine was like crack to boomer voters in 2020. They couldn't get enough of it.

I think for a lot of older white and black ladies, he tried to sound folksy. They talked about his Irish charm, but Biden has always been a shitty liar who repeatedly got caught and only stayed in office due to being an incumbent and Boomers not actually voting.

I’m feeling very bearish today. It might be time to divest for the new election cycle. I invested in the Green New Scam but now I’ll have to put it back into fracking and move out of lithium and rare earth commodities. Looking at WSJ it’s not just the American market that’s flopping. Asia and Europe are tanking too with inflation rising higher than July. Bank of England just cut their rates for the first time in 4 years which was last during the global pandemic.

The folks here were just talking about 2008 and the absolute mess that were all the bank bailouts. Who knew one question about George W. Bush could set up as a good pre-cursor to a possible sequel? Go figure.

The talk about the Ukraine possibly being a hotspot for a war fueled by lobbyists like the 'War on Terror' was also a thing, more similarities.

So, will things escalate far enough to actually kick off a war? Or are the factors too risky and volatile compared to the profit that could be gained? I'm curious. So far it just seems like a snowball that's only getting bigger, and I don't have enough historical insight to say for sure or not, but I do notice patterns of familiarity.

How bad was Bush hate? I was a kid during his administration and a teen through most of Obama's administration. I remember trump getting elected months after I graduated hugh school. Only thing I remember bush for was family guy gags about him. I remember Obama worship.

I remember non-stop attacks on Bush all day on the media. Like Trump they simultaneously maligned him as both some Hitler-tier tyrant who wanted Christian nationalism and a complete buffoon who couldn't tell his left hand from his right.
