If you're an actual Brit, I'd like to hear your true and honest thoughts on this whole situation, it.would be enlightening to get the average layman's perspective.

It's always hard to pin down the official "reason" for riots, but I think the most accurate assessment at this point is that the horrific slaughter of several girls by a 2nd-gen African immigrant has served as a flash point for years (decades even) of latent anger against accelerating government immigration and asylum policies that the public have always voted against by whatever means they have had of expressing it. As well as a sense that non-natives are systematically treated preferentially over natives by the police, politicians, media, courts, corporations, etc. There has been decades of examples of non-native crime against natives being swept under the rug, most infamously the Pakistani Muslim rape gangs - organised criminal child rape/abuse gangs that operated for year in towns across the UK, while police and local councils conspired to silence the victims.

Rioting is generally performed by young delinquents. I am referring to the previous event where they were kicking the riot vans instead of flipping and smacking each other with trash. I think burning down a police station is a strong first step.

I am not sure this accomplishes much though.

Rioting in the proper sense of the word is just a useful distraction. If you push it too far, you usually don't really end up winning, you just force them to use heavy repression, make it easy for propaganda to be spread against the movement.

I will only see a silver lining if people start organizing and use the rioters to their advantage.

If you want to force your government to enact change, you need to hit them where it hurts. Basically cost them actual money. They don't care much more a bout a cop, a car or an office building than they do about the regular person or house. It's paid with your money anyway.

Now, let's say you were to bring a major source of income for your region or country to a halt, without resorting to too much senseless violence, they would have no choice but to consider what you have to say.

Jordan Davies is built like a fucking tank. He is not the man in the pictures you see getting arrested. Ryan Henshaw is a former Middleweight Boxing Champion. He is around 6' and 80kg. As you can see, Jordan is around the same height and, at a glance, around 95kg. That's about 200lbs of solid muscle.

Are you saying that they are right about the stabber's name and the other stuff and that the fellow currently on trial is innocent or that there are multiple stabbers and the witnesses have all been convinced to say it is the same single person?
