That said, there are cases where there are false positives and people on social media accuse a bulkier-looking female athlete of actually being a male troon. As much as troon enablers like to blame conservatives or gender critical feminists for these false positives and "hate mobbing" of innocent cis girls, the fact remains we wouldn't be having this problem if we didn't enable willfully stupid men in their impossible fantasies and fetishes.

"I consistently get worse care when [...] I tell them my chosen name or my meds" you get "worse care" because doctors are walking on eggshells around you and likely don't want to deal with you anyways. Assuming at least some of those meds are psych meds, that is an extra bright crimson flag for any healthcare professional. It takes one disgruntled troon who feels you weren't "affirming" enough to get reported for a lack of empathetic, "culturally sensitive" care.

Not going to PL but I've seen requirements for healthcare licensure that require hours of this sort of cultural sensitivity/awareness training, often including pandering to trannies and Latinx folx.
