I responded by asking them to confirm that their policy was to have their cleaning service do a full move out cleaning service if they found anything amiss, unless I use that same cleaning service.

What's my incentive to try to clean the flat instead of just letting them handle it and take it out of the deposit? I'm not seeing one.
