Perhaps but I think Biden’s house of cards collapsing was due to sheer hubris and the Democratic Party having a cult mindset of obey or be destroyed.

But I think the debate was as fair as it was because of the rules set. Give them time to speak, minimize interruptions, most of all the moderators didn’t pull biased “fact checking.”
