Plus they're incompetent/incapable. The GMC (UK regulator of doctors) launched an investigation into disparities in complaint rates

Twice as likely to get a complain related to their fitness to practice, and even higher if qualified abroad. They also have lower pass rates.

Of course that's all due to racism and must be put a stop to by eduating people not to be racist and cram more diversity hires into the regulator rather than say finding out why they get so many more complaints and working on minimising those.
