I don't see paramilitary groups forming in England as the conditions and community support are not there. For a IRA/INLA or UVF/UDA type groups to exist you need a tight knit community with thousands collaborative civilians. To the people cheering on sporadic violence against Muslims when the assailant was an African Christian immigrant, what do you expect to gain? The Muslims are going to respond by defending themselves by any means necessary, going to their local politicians for help which they'll certainly oblige and possibly retaliating with equally deadly force.
