Nicholas Robert Rekieta / Rekieta "Law" / Actually Criminal / @NickRekieta - Polysubstance enthusiast, "Lawtuber" turned Dabbleverse streamer, swinger, "whitebread ass nigga", snuffs animals for fun, visits 🇯🇲 BBC resorts. Legally a cuckold who lost his license to practice law. Wife's bod worth $50. The normies even know.
In this case however, it’s just Nick being retarded.
He’s not charged with TAKING cocaine. He’s charged with possession.
As Sweep said, she regularly works around people’s criminal cases. But Nick as always thinks he’s smarter than anyone else, and somehow thinks that his brilliant (non practicing attorney) legal skills will result in the jury going: “Your honor, since we can’t prove that a burglar didn’t break into the house and put the cocaine there without the Rekieta’s knowing about it, we find the accused not guilty!”
And then the judge bangs the gavel and sentences Sweep to pay Nick a million dollars or something.
I can see where the court is coming from, basically at first glance having the kids back in their own home with their grandparents to keep an eye on them while the parents get their shit sorted makes sense,
Then those points get made that the grandparents would cover and work against the court.
Same with that nick and kyala need to be further away then the house next door.
basically nick shoulda stopped streaming gone to rehab rent a house further away etc etc
In Family Court there's nothing criminal to incriminate yourself nor any act to be adjudicated guilty/innocence. There is no jail time or fines. No property is at stake.
Either set of parents saying that they can't identify signs of being in an altered state is just bizarre. You just don't get to their age without at least having seen people drunk, even if you've never touched a drop of alcohol yourself.
You don't need to be able to identify a specific drug to know that someone is not acting normally, either. Even if it's not drug induced behaviour, you know something is wrong that shouldn't be ignored.
Working on the Kayla Project and this caught my eye:
Hi, Dr. Nick!
Aaron is describing an instance in which Nick tried to WebMD his way into justifying cocaine use. Aaron specifically recalls the comparison Nick used where he authoritatively equated cocaine use with ADHD medication.
I then recalled the case plan below (posted July 15, 2024) for the daughter who tested positive for cocaine, indicating that she was on ADHD medication:
Name was censored, but the initials on the documents when they were posted indicated that this is the daughter (ARR).
Nick had a show cancellation around the end of January of 2024 (after the Imholte hot tub stream) because someone in his family had a medical issue that lasted 3 days:
Nick then made a video on February 1st explaining what happened: spending the entire night making sure someone was okay (because he's a dad) even though nothing is a problem and it is nobody's business.
It is possible that people who speculated early on that Nick was abusing his kid's ADHD medication to get high had it backward (at least in the case of his nine year-old daughter).
Instead, the all-knowing Dr. Nick may have been using his own hard drugs to medicate his child due to his own confidence in dosing the drug for himself and others. Knowing more than others is what Nick does best after all, with his sick sense of humor at a close second.
Anyway, this could be an indicator as to what led to the child's prolonged exposure (also without her truly knowing what she was taking).
Edit for clarity: the missed show emergency would be a time when Nick got the dosage "wrong" for his child... as if any amount would be permissible.

If they say they did notice it but didn't report it, they aren't suitable foster parents.
Catch-22. They were in the home right before the warrant and 5 people reported them. They can either be ignorant and get the kids or say they noticed the kids were in danger but thought it was okay. KCHHS isn't going to give them the kids if they say that. It was in a previous transcript about this concern. Ignorance makes them suitable caretakers but not visitation supervisors.
The Aaron part was a joke but seeing as the crack pan is in evidence I could see the balldo sweepers would try to claim Aaron and April were the ones who introduced the crack to the house and April was the one cooking it.
I didn't mean it as an actual defense but just wondering if cooking food in a pan used to make crack would result in the test results we saw

That's more or less exactly what Sweep was testifying to. Everybody knows that's exactly what that testimony meant. They are just as pathetic a couple of liars as Cuckieta himself. Nobody believes their nonsense that they could somehow detect nothing wrong with their precious little baby boy who was staggering around in a stupor like some exaggerated Irish drunk in a 19th Century stage comedy, with cocaine on his nose, and they literally don't believe he abuses substances.
His parents are absolute shit, just like he is. Behind every lolcow is a lolmom and a loldad.

Random strangers could tell Cuckieta was drunk off his ass and on drugs just from brief encounters when he was "drivin muh keeeeds around," to the point that mandatory reporters had to turn him in or face criminal prosecution themselves.
They basically admitted that even if Nick was drooling, shitting himself, snorting cocaine right in front of them, that they'd have no idea what was going on.
That charge that Kayla caught for knowing about child abuse is prolly tied to the daughter getting coked up. My speculation is Nick gave his daughter coke, she got real fucked up, convinced Kayla to take her to the hospital, but leave his name out of it. The hospital contacted the cops cuz coked out kid, which started the ongoing investigation. She refuses to give Nick up, hence her charge.
I'm starting to dislike the 9 yo more and more.
Everyone with 2 functioning braincells has already figured out that little rat was the mastermind behind all of this, I am now accusing that kid of FAKING ADHD.
>be 9 year old junkie
>want to do coke for free
>come up with a plan to get your parents addicted to drugs
>fake ADHD
>offer the ADHD medication to your dad
>mfw he's hooked now
>watch mommy and daddy abuse increasingly stronger substances
>they finally get into coke
>omgitworked.webp
>near endless coke supply you can snorterooski inside your house
>thanks daddy
In the mind of Mersh he can shit talk Rumble all he wants because they dont want the bad publicity of booting him from their site. In reality the CEO of could stab Mersh to death on camera and no one would care . Mersh is so unonteresting that we are talking about him here in the Balldo thread. Sad Pathetic

Parents will cover for their children. I have hardcore meth/fent addicts in the family tree. also the drug saga is rather new. They havent had to deal with junkie behavoir that negatively affects them. other than the neglect thing.

They are charging Nick for using coke around kids because of the coke on the nose and the evidence he's hammered all the time (the PC affadavit for SW). But they don't have that for Kayla so they are charging her with letting the kids be around Nick while he's using drugs.
