I agree excessive dooming is tiresome but I also say people should be realistic. So far, these protests haven't really done a whole lot. There's been some brawls and discontent, certainly, but nothing that indicates the English are finally rising up about the embrowning of their country.

If you're all expecting this to finally shift the tide and save your country, then that's probably not going to happen. However, you can still use these protests to your advantage. As others have mentioned, the Canadian Trucker protest was initially viewed as a massive L where a bunch of boomers fucked around and didn't accomplish anything. But it had far reaching consequences that are now starting to materialize into what might be actual change in Canada's government.

I’ve seen people comparing this to the Yellow Jacket protests in France that burn themselves out and achieves nothing but what people don’t understand is the English don’t riot.

Maybe a bit of recreational violence at the footy or some dole monkeys kick off at the police once every blue moon when an arrest goes wrong on a council estate, this is always localised and situational violence.

We don’t get together to burn things unless we are dangerously pissed off and usually the establishment knows this.
