You'll be well aware of this more then likely but around here the Muslim population got as big as it did by building a mosque and then buying up houses around it to rent. They'd then slowly bring up the rent until the whites moved out and then slowly they'd sell (not rent) the homes to Muslim family's which had the knock on effect of making the whites move out in even higher numbers due to the increasing amount of Muslims. After a while once they had a sizable population they would quite literally go door to door where the remaining whites were living and offer them massive amounts of cash to buy the homes and move out and for those who still did not move out then they tended to be ostracized until they moved or died due to old age.

A cycle repeated around the country but having seen it first hand with homes and businesses and the way Muslims treat none Muslims has done more to inspire my hatred of them then any propaganda possibly ever could have.

This is similar to what Jews would do in New York. The Jewish community would have you believe they all moved there and started off as servants and street venders and worked their way to the top. No. A congregation in Poland or something would send people to New York, they would buy or set up a mill, buy up some flats and apartments, then the whole congregation would move in. They would have a place to live, shops established, and a job set up for them, all purchased with 300 years of wealth extracted from the peasants of eastern europe. The whole neighborhood would go from being a typical urban neighbourhood to a shtetl overnight.

Any remaining locals would be ostracised and harassed by the chosen who would constantly jack up rents until they moved away.
