first, yes, men with XX chromossomes exist. Its a very rare condition called de la Chapelle syndrome.
the men with this condition are, in fact, male, despite their chromossomes. they had a male differentiation in utero and usually look like normal males, because the gene that causes the male differentiation (named SRY) is most of the time present on one of the X chromossomes a guy with this syndrome has.

There actually is a Troon ITT that claims to have de La Chapelle syndrome (and I'm sure he had a hoot at all this chromosomes discourse). He also had an OnlyFans, which predictably showed him having a fully functioning penis. It's just that his swimmers don't work/aren't produced. But he still has balls.
