This does a lot of damage to the elites. The UK is one of the economy centers of the world, many investment groups buy UK property because it's a safe bet for investors as the UK was considered very stable. If countries are starting to list the UK as being unsafe The City have a serious economy problem on their hands. Your portfolio of UK property goes from "line goes up!" to "..will it be on fire next week..?"

I'm gonna say I was completely wrong, when it seemed nothing was happening this afternoon and all the news was reporting was the trials of the rioters I figured that's it, it's managed to fizzle completely out.

With what's going on in Birmingham tonight? Oh boy. There's absolutely going to be a response tomorrow. I would not be surprised in the slightest if a copper gets killed there and they might legit have to actually start reporting on Birmingham.

The reason you can't fight police dogs isn't that they're tough or anything. It's that if you end up killing one, you might as well go ahead and kill a cop or two as well because you're going to have the book thrown at you way harder than if you hurt only a cop.

That's a LARP. Police dogs are trained to deal with flashing lights, being blinded by torches and having their hearing messed with. You're painting a target on yourself with all your toys. The only solution is a group of men armed with weapons and shields so the dog can't grab hold of any of them without getting it's legs or skull broke. And cops aren't going to send their dogs into a Roman style shield wall. They have tools to break those up and use the dogs to catch specific targets to wittle down the leadership.
