I feel like we all need to get together and send something nice to Carol Kohlman.

Don't they only have to consent to have their faces unblurred? I thought we could get the footage anyway its just that everyone in it will have their faces blurred and voices distorted, which doesn't matter because we only care about the house anyway.Yes. I've explained before but it has to be entered into evidence or one of the parties has to consent. Rekieta is choosing not to consent, Kayla doesn't exist anymore, and my theory is that April is being given money to stay around as a fuckbuddy so she doesn't consent. Rekieta is also trying to get the bodycam footage entirely thrown out as evidence using a fruit of the poison tree argument. He really, really, really, really does not want this footage public.
Theoretically one of the police or CPS worker could also consent but I just don't see that happening.
Or the current legal guardian of the children, whoever they happen to be right now.Theoretically one of the police or CPS worker could also consent but I just don't see that happening.
Petition Walz to request it be released because it's a solid takedown against an "alt-right chud" and as VP candidate, he needs to do it.Theoretically one of the police or CPS worker could also consent but I just don't see that happening.
Josh milks the cow, EWU sells the cream.EWU are mawkish, exploitative cunts. Not surprised they went for the footage, they could monetise the shit out of that.
On page 337 of the Rekieta Binder, the EWU contact said that they are no longer pursuing the footage. So it's not likely there will be EWU content about the case.
Would be funny if Sweep consented to get them released just to fuck with Nick saying she perjured herself.Theoretically one of the police or CPS worker could also consent but I just don't see that happening.
Looks like it was in response to what the office quoted for price of the footage. They'd probably still do a video if the footage was free.On page 337 of the Rekieta Binder, the EWU contact said that they are no longer pursuing the footage. Josué LunaShoutout to Josiah Munoz.
Even better, let them wait and have free footage with a KF watermark in their video. They'd probably still do a video if the footage was free.
In what universe would anyone ever want thousands of slack-jawed rubberneckers watching their humiliating arrest for coked-up child neglect? Of course he doesn't want it released, nobody would.I wonder why
You’d think Sweep would want it public because he’s accused her of perjury, and he’s accused the police of planting cocaine in his home. But I still get why it would be unnatural for them to consent to itYes. I've explained before but it has to be entered into evidence or one of the parties has to consent. Theoretically, if he were to hurt her career in some way with these perjury accusations and who knows whatever else he’s grabbing at, she’s got a real banger of a way to get her revenge nowYou’d think Sweep would want it public because he’s accused her of perjury, and he’s accused the police of planting cocaine in his home. But I still get why it would be unnatural for them to consent to it
Law & Crime dunking on Nick would be even more hilarious considering Nick’s issues with them in the past. They already covered it in a video so I would bet they will do so when the bodycam comes out. I’m sure this is a personal thing for Dan Abrams. Please let this happen God. EWU dunking on Rekieta or pointing out his coked out signs would be the most hilarious outcome in all of this.
He has repeatedly stated the bodycam footage would (1) exonerate him, and (2) would come out eventually, so the struggle makes it funnier. In what universe would anyone ever want thousands of slack-jawed rubberneckers watching their humiliating arrest for coked-up child neglect? Nick could release it but his disingenuous way of avoiding responsibility is to say he hasn't had anything presented to him to sign. Is there any way to deliver a consent form directly to him?Yes. I've explained before but it has to be entered into evidence or one of the parties has to consent. Rekieta is choosing not to consent, Kayla doesn't exist anymore, and my theory is that April is being given money to stay around as a fuckbuddy so she doesn't consent. I see this is almost 600 pages, but would it contain any communications from Rekieta or his counsel to try to PREVENT them releasing the body cam footage, or would that have to be requested separately? It seems very likely to me that something like that happened. Here is a complete PDF copy of all requests received by the Kandiyohi County regarding the Rekietas. Have fun. I'm still processing it.
No one man's struggle can match the patience of the masses. He has repeatedly stated the bodycam footage would (1) exonerate him, and (2) would come out eventually, so the struggle makes it funnier.
