1- Announce that the UK will be committing to even more immigration and support for people to move into smaller towns as a way to "share the burden equality"

2- Tell the cops and riot police they are allowed and expected to use live ammo on the far right protesters and rioters

3- Announce that he is suspending the Premier League games until the situation calms down

There Starmer, do that and you will get the civil war you obviously want. You seem so sure you can win, so go for it you cunt.

5 - propose more internet censorship, more surveillance cameras and incentives for citizens to spy on each other
6 - reintroduce the death penalty
7 - unilaterally dissolve parliament/bar the opposition

I think that should do it, if steps 1-3 don't lead to civil war.

British specific anti-surveillance techniques (if you decide to protest, as is your legal right):

ALPRs/Vehicle Travel: Your country has implemented a massive array of cameras nationwide which are used for speeding tickets. Do not assume they can only used for these purposes. I have no doubt in my mind in a time of crisis these can be swapped into a mode to record every vehicle passing a system. Keep this in mind if you travel to protest.

To add: police cars have ANPR cameras on them, just to bear in mind.

Drones: Your police appear to have invested heavily in drones for surveillance. Do not assume just because you do not see PD that you are not being watched. If you value privacy, stay masked up at all times. Once you mask up, don't unmask. If you can, bring a change of clothes and only mask up at the same time you change your clothes. Only unmask at the same time you change your clothes.

IMSI Catchers: Your country has warrantless IMSI catcher use laws, particularly in cases of "terrorism". IMSI Catchers, known better as the most popular brand of StingRays, are mobile signal interceptors which can eavesdrop on cell phone conversations, text messages and (in the most advanced models) data. Use encrypted methods of communication. They can also be used for geolocation. Use a burner if you can, if you can't, disable your mobile data via airplane mode and utilize public wifi or ask if you can use someone else's hotspot behind a VPN. Telltale signs of StingRay deployment are a sudden downgrade of band (5G to 4G or 3G, 4G LTE to 4G or 3G are common).

Even without IMSI Catchers, location data is logged when you use the phone and when (at least which cell tower your mobile is using, e.g. if you visit your nan on wednesday, they'll know you've traveled roughly when, but not exactly where you are, just the nearest tower to your phone). However they can be actively pinged, and with several pings, the latency will give a pretty accurate distance from the tower, do this over multiple towers and you get a pretty accurate location. I think this stuff usually requires a warrant or w/e, given the situation, you should assume that police are given unlimited powers when it comes to data. That includes to social media. Been a while on the mobile stuff so correct me where I'm wrong.

TL;DR, carrying your phone is effectively giving timestamped location data to the police.

Also, just assume all your comms are bugged, using encrypted chats like signal/telegram only are effective if the messages get deleted, you can be compelled to unlock your phone and will be charged if you don't, forgetting your password/pin is not a valid excuse. Probably isn't unreasonable to assume they'll have some gay letter agencies working on this considering they held COBRA meetings, so theres a good chance that even minor fuckups in OPSEC can get you caught out.

P.S. this isn't a complete guide to OPSEC, and way beyond the scope of this post, but a couple of good rules of thumb: 1. shut the fuck up, no bragging, and if it doesn't need to be said, don't say it (coded messages don't really work). 2. Don't click links. if it sends data to a third party server it could be used to confirm your active participation in a group, and even identify you if you fuck up the next rule) 3. Don't use a device thats logged into your normie accounts to talk about protesting, links and other tricks may be used to link your social media account to your participation in a group and identify you. 4. If you can't or are unsure of the above, but still want to protest, don't participate in any of the organising chats, but get your information from a third-party (media, or friend in-person)
