She heavily filters and (badly) edits her instagram pictures and videos a lot so it's hard to get a proper look at her face but she looks like she might be a tranny to me. Big head, long skinny puberty-blocker limbs, weird looking hands, male eyes, massive jaw,small hips, top heavy, and her side profile looks male to me.

She initially met him at 22 while leaving a casting audition (If you read about them you might hear about them meeting on the Hanna Montana set but that was just a rumor I believe).

It came out a couple of days ago that they're divorcing and he's claiming she defrauded him. There's no details on it but maybe him finding out is part of it. He's also offered a bunch of money to house her so he could immediately evict her from his own property so there seems to be a very sudden change in attitude from Billy about this woman.

This is my showing my ignorance, I have had limited exposure to other people's genitals, the penises I've seen here vastly outnumber the ones I've seen IRL. Feel free to mock.

But, why is it so red? I know genitals can be darker than regular skin, especially the scrotum, but I've never seen such a massive color difference. It looks like he's stolen a penis from a darkie and sewed it on.

Nah you're right on the money here.
The only white men's dicks who look that colour are men in their like, 60s upwards.
