I’m not able to do this myself atm, but if someone replaces John Hancock’s signature on the Declaration of Independence with Josh’s, I would be very appreciative

I think it was with a delay.Kayla's bail. I don't think these were posted but I found them alongside Nick's. Who knows why it wasn't released initially. Maybe an error on their end.
That's unfair to schedule April's hearing at a time when she could be sitting in the CHIPS trial showing support. However, this was the most recent hearing date we discussed:

Also, the CHIPS trial:
Baron Balldo isn't going to be Lolcow of the year two times in a year for no reason!I can't believe we're really this close to the court date. It seems like just yesterday our little lawyer was passing out on stream. They grow up so quick.

Null...buddy, what the hell is up with your signature?
The petition from Potentially Criminal basically did.Oh my I hope someone uses Nick's words of "trials should be broadcast" against him in the petition to do this.
I really, really do.
And I hope the judge has a sick sense of humor.

I agree, and wasn't trying to disagree. And what date did they reschedule to?
My bad thenI was focused on why someone would have thought of the 28th
Imagine fucking your life up so bad that you won the award for being the biggest fuckup on the internet not once, but twice.Baron Balldo isn't going to be Lolcow of the year two times in a year for no reason!
Hell yeah.
The best part about all of this is it is TWICE in a row.Imagine fucking your life up so bad that you won the award for being the biggest fuckup on the internet not once, but twice.
The more archaic version is "Further, affiant saith naught." It's been around for literal centuries. And that's the reasoning for it. People have been doing it for centuries. I've probably seen it hundreds of times in various forms.Out of curiosity, what is the legal reasoning for all these documents ending with this? I've scanned through a handful of legal documents and affidavits in my life and I've never seen that. Is that like a weird minnesota thing?
It's kind of pointless now since we have page numbers on everything and after the end it usually goes straight to the signature footer. It probably made sense back in Chancery courts in Merrie Olde England where they were handwritten on vellum or some shit. But now it's just people do it because they've done it since time immemorial. That makes a lot of sense. The way legal documents are often handled makes them seem like they would be easy to fuck with so I suppose that provides some level of protection.
That’s where you use mind control to guide the hand of a distant Scandinavian prude, right? Sure, most people have done that.Have any of you dudes ever done a remote signature?
Don't worry. My signature is worse.listen the conditions under which i had to get something notarized in minnesota made signing difficult ok
I joined the farms when I was curious about what was going on with Nick and this place had the most up-to-date info (still does). The best part about all of this is it is TWICE in a row.
And he had some steep competition this year so far.

So some retard journo grad can fuck it up and get them in a million dollar lawsuit somehow? If I'm reading this right, they're paying forensic staff to do those redactions? That's insane, just get a media contractor.
He's a rastafarian mon, leave him alone.Joshu Mon![]()
