Metastasis is already a stage 4 issue, so the outlook here is entirely based on how compliant Dragoneer is with the treatment plan.

My bet, based on the basic knowledge that I have of Dragoneer (fat, broke, furry) is that he's got metastatic colorectal cancer.

Honestly think they were saying that because they didn't want to officially say (lung) cancer without a specialized oncologist and a biopsy.
