A) breed
B) recruit

That's an extremely small amount of people. Even the hard-working immigrants are only in your country to take a job from a native, earn native money and then send it back home. They would never support the reverse (if it somehow benefited a white person to go get employed in the Middle East, India, etc.) and would be more violently opposed to it than any of the self-hating people currently living in west Europe or North America.

In all fairness, the Gulf states in the middle east are propped up by educated foreign labor. Go read a research paper from their universities. Good chance it's all Chinese names with a sprinkling of European on the side. On some occasions, you get a native Arab on the author list. Their oil companies are also staffed by foreigners for competency reasons. The Gulf states would sooner their entire civilizations were 10:1 overran by non-Arabs before employing Arabs from poorer parts of the middle east. It's kinda comical.
