Honestly tho, I'm shocked. I don't think he killed himself, but it must have went downhill fast. Maybe he suffocated cause his lungs just quit working? Call me sensitive, but I hope it was at least fast and he lost consciousness quickly.

At the point you could describe cancer as pnuemonia-esque you're basically dead. He probably asphyxiated with his lungs p much torn apart and then died of the stress induced cardiac event.
