"I cut off the thing that allowed me to coom, why can't I coom now??!!!" is my favorite genre of srs disasters posts
There are so many stories of Troons that only realize their mistake after they've castrated themselves that you'd think anyone doing due diligence before such a major and life changing surgery would know what they're getting themselves into but the problem is they surround themselves with hugboxers who just lie to them and who treat anyone who is anything other than fanatically positive like a fucking pariah, they actively resist any information that may knock them out of their LARP and drive anyone trying to make them see sense out of their lives, then they wake up, castrated, with a disgusting decaying amhole, or a ridiculous dead looking floppy armroll, and only then do they realizeaybe mutilating your genitals is a bad idea if the only thing you care about in life is jerking off.

Woke up in the middle of the night, needing to pee.
It's 5 degrees C. Inside. (NZ houses usually have poor quality insulation and double glazing and central heating don't really exist) I jumped out of my blanket pile, ran to pee, and jumped back into bed less than 1 min later. Then it hit me. Those pooners will NEVER EVER again be able to just nip off for a quick pee without thinking about it, never be in a hurry and just push it out fast, never have that amazing release feeling when you've been desperately crossing your legs for a hour. EVERY pee for the rest of their few years on earth is a big performance and a painful production. No wonder they 41%....

Luckily enough 41% of pooners won’t live long enough to need to worry about replacing their implant.
This tracks; it's similar logic to the timeline of hip and knee replacements.

Most people with broken hips aren't exactly 20, but it's the same situation.

...Oh, wait, I forgot about the pediatric Lupron boom! Hip replacements are gonna be the new must-have "affirming" body mod; give it a few years. Factory's probably already gearing up to expand their range of prostheses in "small" and "x-small."

This nu-think stemmed from the science field tbf-that an orgasm happens in the head, which theoretically is true, but practically- if you’re not in the ascended coomer stage, where you get full body orgasms just by being in the vicinity of your fursuit- there ain’t that many ways you’ll reach that brain orgasm but with your genitals

r/phallo TiF copes and seethes because her two work friends say dating a transman isn't the same as dating a real man and points out how phallus's aren't the same as a real penis.
These two women have this conversation right in front of the pooner and know full well she is one and one even knows she is getting a phallus so they did this on purpose to fuck with her. Pooner doesn't seem to realize this.

I shouldn’t be upset about this but…
I have 2 work friends. Closer with one (friend A) than the other (friend B) and that one knows I’m getting phallo. She’s fully supportive. The other friend is supportive of me and my transition, but she made a comment today that just…made me internally cringe.

We were talking about friend B’s POS ex-husband. And we always joke about how trans men make better partners because they have a unique perspective compared to cis men. So friend A goes “hey, maybe you need to get with a trans man!” And they went back and forth for a minute and friend B goes “but I need that D” and friend A goes “They can have dicks!.” Friend B proceeds to say ”it’s just not the same” and I’d be lying if I said that didn’t suck to hear. I’m married and my wife is supportive and excited for me to have surgery, so really her opinion and mine are the only ones that actually matter. But it still cut me to the core. I know I’m not the only one this has happened to but I just needed to vent.

Thanks for reading.
Comments are also seething

i hate when people do this :/ like when women say that they hate all men and when you bring up trans men they say “well that’s different”. it really sucks that we’re not seen as the same as cis men and im sorry that she said that, but like you said, you and your wife’s opinions are really the only ones that matter :)

And honestly, once the scars fade I couldn’t tell a phalloplasty-created weiner from one on a cis man. Some people 🙄

oh definitely, and ESPECIALLY with how advanced medical tattooing is now! some of them look better than the cis ones i’ve seen 🫣
They all seem to think the bar for being exactly like a real penis is seeing it across the room or in a filtered photo. Tattoos can't mimic anything functional or look real close up.
These virgins sees penis's as a visual object not a functional organ with a purpose. I guess because they've only seen a real one through a screen.

Honestly, most of these cis women have NO idea what a trans dick even looks like (even before bottom surgery). I’m stealth so i’ve had alot of situations where I have to disclose and the way they automatically assume I have a “vagina” and then they see my junk. 😂😂 Idk I personally feel that anyone whose educated on phalloplasty won’t think whatever them folk was saying. Even my girl whose never been w someone trans, I show her results and she’s like I can’t believe they’re not cis. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Honestly though who gives a fuck, our dicks are better 😂

Agreed! I was on the softies sub the other day just to see more variety of dicks. And honestly, the one I will one day have looks better to me than anything I saw there 😂

"It's not the same" is a shitty thing to say, but especially in front of a trans man. Not overreacting, maybe bring it up privately?

She doesn’t know I’m getting phallo. I didn’t feel like that was the time to bring it up.

No, regardless of the phallo thing, she knows you're trans and saying trans guys with the same hardware as cis guys just "aren't the same" is shitty, period. Phallo or no.

That’s very true. I kind of wonder is she meant being with a trans man “isn’t the same” and used a penis as an excuse when she really meant trans men aren’t real men. Maybe I’m reading too deep into that

No, that's how it fully comes off, and if she didn't mean for it to sound like that, she shouldn't have verbatim said trans men aren't the same. When you pass as a trans man especially you can end up being around casually transphobic people who don't mind you specifically because they can forget the fact you're trans and just treat you like a man/neutral. I've experienced this a lot, it's something to keep an eye out. Just because someone isn't openly misgendering you doesn't mean they respect you.
Friend A clearly baited the other into saying 'it's not the same' because she can't say it outright without looking like a dick.
Below is the most female answer ever.

I think you’re super valid for being irritated about that comment. It was a bit careless and uneducated. I agree, you and your wife’s opinion are the only that matter… but still, words can hurt, especially when they are from any cherished close ones, like friends.

I also really can’t stand when people make these kinds of comments. 1) the amount of patience, pain, and discomfort that goes into the recovery of this surgery is something that I quite honestly feel more people who aren’t trans should have respect for. It’s not easy feat. Of course, it’s an amazing surgery and I love having male genitalia now, but it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done… maybe ever will do. 2) “it’s not the same” —- this gets me every time. As if genitalia doesn’t vary from person to person anyhow. Also if you’ve never tried, how do you know?

All in all, sorry you had to bear witness to that commentary. It really wasn’t cool of your friend to say that 😕

So true! And also, I get that a dildo is not the same as a flesh and blood penis. I mean, I wouldn’t know but that makes sense lol. But after phallo, it’s flesh and blood, so I don’t get how it isn’t the same, especially with an ED.

Can't quote, but this...

This pooner doesn't seem to realize that the "flesh and blood" has to be actual living tissue to be of any use in a sexual situation. That is already a bar too high for most rotdogs. "Arm bar" should have stayed a BJJ move.
these pooners not understanding how a roll of arm flesh is not the same as the very specialized male reproductive organ tells me they are probably giant virgins

One of my favorite things about pooners is how FEMBRAINED they all are.

Looking at that conversation, even if you took all the talk about flopdogs and gender out, you can just easily tell that it’s a bunch of women talking.

Delete the identifying words and show it to someone asking them to guess the sex of the people talking, and they’d clock them with near 100% accuracy.

Not just a bunch of women but a bunch of young (or at least immature) women. It’s what the AGPs try to copy too. Meanwhile, actual adult men and women converse in this thread.

Big takeaway from years of following this thread: avoid surgery if at all possible. At least an appendectomy may be immediately necessary and the procedures have been time-tested, but broadening out my view of medical intervention, I'm thinking less is more.
You really do not want surgery unless you absolutely need it. Things can go horribly wrong even with minor surgery that is performed everyday by a non-butcher.

Or they rot off. Imagine the smell etc etc.

congenital heart defects and T?
I'm going to talk to my Dr, but just wanted to get some feedback here while waiting for my appointment. Has anyone had experience getting prescribed T with preexisting heart issues? I know much of the "T is bad for your heart" just means that it can raise risks to that of a cis man, but has anyone found centers are unwilling to prescribe T to cardiac patients?

edit: I have right heart hypoplasia, my pulse oxygen lives around 90, and I am at increased clotting risk bc half of my heart is replaced w plastic tubing
She has a bad nicotine addiction as well. If she manages to get T she's gonna die within a few months.

New r/phallo poster Own_Cheesecake4686 admits she had a RFF phalloplasty last year but it ended up completely dying after a few weeks and she had to have it removed.
Surgeon was Dr. Del corral.
She got a metoidioplasty earlier this year but Del Corral is convincing her to get her phallo redone. She's unsure what to do but she does want the surgery again. Her family and friends says to not try again but I guess she's on r/phallo to get reassurance that it might go right next time. I'm sure the ladies there will convince her to try again.

Failed phalloplasty
Hi everyone, Last September I had phalloplasty RFF. In October my phallo had to be fully removed due to tissue death (necrosis). April of this year I got full metoidioplasty. I don’t think I’ll be happy with it because I’ve always wanted phalloplasty. It was disappointing to me when I lost something I waited so long for. I want to try the surgery again but my surrounding circle says to not try because it will fail again. I have hope it will be successful this time but I am not certain. And I have the scar from RFF. The surgeon I saw Dr Del corral said it’s the first time that someone was so out of recovery that happened to him before. And that he could maybe do the back skin removal since I am not a candidate’s for ALT. I do heal very slowly (sadly) I don’t know if there’s a way he can assure me or suggest to not do it but it seems like he’s willing to. I am just afraid it will fail again. I know people can’t make decisions for me exactly, but it would be good to hear different inputs.
She's not a candidate for ALT which is interesting. The surgeon probably knew she was at higher risk for necrosis.

Just cut your other arm up, brokingdude. Not like you need it. And when that gets a lil’ neccy-wecky, you can use a thigh. There’s no problem with carving big chunks out of your body to have them sewn onto your crotch for some ridiculous, brief form of gratification and attention, and anyone who tells you otherwise is a genocidal Nazi transphobe! Why are you still talking to people who don’t believe in your authentic journey, kingbrodude?

I think the biggest tell against phallo is that they are ghostly white, not a drop of blood running through those things, and that’s just something you’ll never be able to conceal

It sounds like her surgeon wants to use the skin on her back? I don't know how that would work but if it did I think it would be better than wrecking your arm! I'll be watching this one closely.
