Vice President Harris and Governor Walz were on the TV and the local gun store owner said to his auto mechanic (friends since high school), "You know what? She ain't so bad. And now that she’s picked a good old boy like Walz, well I can't believe I'm saying this but Ol' Oakland Kam's got my vote this year."

I looked around and all I saw were heads nodding in agreement. I heard a few calls of "Yes sir" and "Damn Straight" from the men around me. Even saw the lonely ball cap wearing farmer in the corner raise his drink with a nod.

I hate to say it, but I think it’s over. We may as well turn ourselves into FEMA now.

Walz is a putz and look how much flak he's been drawing ever since the announcement. It makes Kamala look good by comparison. That isn't saying much, but there's less attention on her being a fuck up because he's worse. No presidential candidate ever picks a VP candidate that makes people wish for something terrible to happen to the President so that the VP would take over.

I can't think of a single VP in the last 50+ years that I would have wanted to be the President. The ones we've had have usually turned out to be miserable choices. The only one I can think of in the last 100 years that was actually worthy is Nixon. I guess Coolidge sort of makes the cut as well.

They killed MJ because he did it. They tried to kill his career but he just kept coming back. He was about to do a tour and release an album completely free of Sony. (Apart from the half of their music business he took with him, since he owned half of it due to an earlier deal.)

The funny thing about the Tampon Tim that the Dems do not under is 2 simple things:

1- Republicans can and WILL point out said tampons were put in the bathrooms of BOYS, and not just girls. Which weirds people out.

and

2- The main reaction from normies and people disconnected for it all won't be a blanked agreement with either DNC or GOP position. They are most likely gonna go "...wait that is it? That is all this dude has done as a governor? Anything important or actually impact at all?"

The consequences of the GOP attack failing are tiny for them. The consequences of the DNC embracing the moniker however are huge. It's a open admission they care far more about these complete meme issues than anything to do with real life.

Bowman was the first, Bush is the second. The rest are pretty safe from being primaried. Summer Lee is Squad-adjacent and she's the most vulnerable, but not very
