Let me try and formulate an explanation that is both accurate and digestible for a prepubescent:

When middle-class people in developed western countries lack both a personality and real hardships in their lives, they tend to describe themselves as being 'nonbinary'. Edited to add that I forgot to mention weight - men could be pudgy and even fat (to a certain degree), and they could still be considered attractive, women are far less so, even though women physically need more fat in their body so their body actually store more fat than men's body, and they have hormonal fluctuations all the time which could cause changes in weight, and (many of them) get pregnant - for many, the fat don't just go away - and after menopause there is a serious slowing down of metabolism - still people and society in general are far more forgiving about men being overweight/fat than women. Think about "dad bod", there is not parallel "mom bod". Also the female body is basically dissected and judged by the different parts of the body in a way the male body isn't (boobs, butt, hips, waist, legs). I don't know how you can say that women and men have it the same in this regard.

This part isn't right. In fact I'd say for most of claims, it's the opposite. In terms of weight, I would say the ideal (from heterosexual male perspective) is for women to be just not fat. Men definitely also have to be not fat but, particularly in the West, they should also be proper, gym-fit. In my personal opinion, women carry excess weight better than men, bet men age better than women.

If you want the pulse on what is acceptable to publically say (at least on social media) about male and female bodies (at least in the West), have a look at the commentary around French pole vaultist Anthony Ammirati, or any of the very good looking or well-endowed (or both) male athletes at the Olympics. There are mainstream media articles about how it's okay for women to objectify men. There are not any fat men on 'hundred hottest Hollywood hunks' lists. Skinny, pasty and weird, maybe, gymmaxxed out definitely, but fat? Nobody is pinning Danny Devito onto their wall.

Now, I'm not privy to what heterosexual women talk about amongst themselves, but I guarantee you, gay men 'break down' the bodies of other men - chest, butt, legs, shoulders, and of course dick. I agree with the first part of your post (although please consider line breaks in the future), but to this I wanted to add a counterpoint: an average fat woman can find a man with considerably greater ease than an average fat man can find a woman; societal perceptions of beauty and what people will settle for in reality are very different things.

This doesn't matter at all because we know men fuck corpses, their own mothers, and peanut butter.
