By "win" I suspect he means Nick has permission of Minnesota to see and possible parent his own children as long as he takes random drug tests and lets them inspect his home at their leisure. This is what qualifies as a "win" in the Balldoverse.

Also, let's hope April is now gone as a condition.

Case involving children is going to be sealed so whatever explanation he makes up is all you're going to get.
To be fair, that's another possibility. If he got a W on getting the documents sealed, he has free reign to totally lie about what is going on without having to worry about @MNPublicRecords or anyone else querying the public access terminals.

Kids back home means no coke streams. Nothing ever happens stocks rising.
Why do you say that? it's not like it stopped him before.

Here is the thing though CPS doesn't just go here have your kids back. If it gets past the point where the court has stated it was a reasonable thing to remove a child. There are court appearances as a part of it where the court puts in motions for if the children will continue under CPS care or not. Monitored returns and return of children require a judge to order it once they have ordered a child into foster placement. Now CPS can change visitation and stuff moving towards supervised or unsupervised. It is possible that the grandparents took whatever course was required to supervise and he is getting a supervised visitation with them.

Yeah that makes sense. I find it kinda off how much weird old English (and Latin, I guess) still remains in the legal system. Seems like "End of document" would suffice and not sound so silly. Or hell, throw some HTML in there. </body>

I would vote for:

End of Line.

Don't forget the French terms left over from the times of the Norman Conquest.

Fuck the French!

Somehow Phil has found his niche doing moral lectures aimed at lolcows. Whenever I see references to Nick's good ceiling cat now it always has phil's voice.

Phil on the Casino was unexpectedly kino.

No strem. He's got some kids to...nurture. Now, the real question; supervised? Live in guardians? The qover is a family again?

So the move grandparents in his house gambit payed off? That's the only way this probably happened. Unless he's implying child protective services totally threw child welfare and caution to the wind?
That is way to fast for a case involving positive children to resolve. I have seen cases where some children are returned because they cannot prove harm against those children, but there should be no reason that the child who testes positive would resolve that quickly.

Cases like this are never just 'resolved'. This is nonsense. They found children in a home with guns, drugs, and squalor, then one tested positive for cocaine.

More liekly than not, they just resolved the custody issue where the Slettas moved in after watching 1 hour of YouTube videos on 'Drug bad mkay?' training.

I've been going through some old MATI streams and it's wild how coherent and sharp he used to be. Go back and listen to the Melinda Scott lawsuit streams. He doesn't even sound like the same guy.

He broke his brain.

I think at best, this is an indication that both he and Kayla are taking a plea deal and getting their kids back as part of it. More likely, child protection is proving that it only takes children away from parents who commit vile crimes such as not affirming their transgender children. Giving your children crack is small fries compared to that.

I can't being myself to be optimistic about this. Hopefully the oldest gets the fuck out of there as fast as possible.

This is the most infuriating part. Nick hiding behinds his kids and smuckling that he gets to weave his own narrative.

gonna be a fucking lolcow and get arrested? Take ya kid with ya, then nothing gets made public and people cant pull up the body cam footage of you autisticaly screaming and being a lolcow.

The felony coke possession case was always the big one and I doubt that just went away.

You can't plea deal a CPS case. It is a very standardized process with rules of what must be done for certain offenses.

For his issue he would have been ordered drug testing, drug counseling, parenting classes and possibly a psych evaluation.

There are also pretty specific time lines set out for when court cases must happen and how much time must be between them.

At some point in addiction you're not even dealing with the person you used to know any more. You're talking to a drug.

And April, with a pending felony drug charge, hopefully had to move out and must stay away from the kids as a condition.

Lets see if grandparents will tolerate ever seeing April again....

I was under the impression nick was going to blow his brains out when he lost his case and custody.

Now I'm left wondering if this is because of a lack of resources on the state or he did some super legendary legal horseshit

Maybe it was the jews
CPS is supposed to consider it a priority to reunite the family, and worse people than Nick get their kids back every day. I think there are good reasons this shouldn't have happened in this case, assuming Nick is telling the truth. Or at least partly. I seriously doubt the case is actually resolved without any further CPS involvement.

I do think the claim he has his kids back, if a lie, would be nearly the biggest outright lie Nick ever told, so at least for the moment, I'm taking his claims of the physical presence of his kids in the house right now as factual.
If this is true, Nick is miserable right now. Ain't no way he's happy to see his crotchgoblins.
Drive them KEEEEEDS around some more Nickhole. And next time you get pulled over for driving like a retard, make sure to complain about how much you hate them some more.

You guys are being too cynical, I think Nick is capable of turning a new leaf, maybe he is getting better. This is already better than I expected since I thought he literally would have liked the 'empty nest' lifestyle too much and tried to prolong the case as much as possible to avoid his kids, so he already beat my expectations. I do really hope he improves for the sake of the kids, even if that isn't the funniest option. He should still be grilled for ever letting it get this bad as a father, but Jesus said everybody can be redeemed or something like that I don't know, Nick probably doesn't know either.
