I am assuming he has at least two working brain cells and can see how bad of an idea it would be start using while random inspections are a thing.

You're assuming this man has two working brain cells?

I need a 8k resolution rainbow sticker for this one.

No strem. He's got some kids to...nurture. Now, the real question; supervised? Live in guardians? The qover is a family again?

We knew this from the last transcript. When pressed for details on proving sobriety Ms. Sweep said 2 months of UA tests and the cleaning procedures. We can assume that the UA Results Rakkets gave were from the day of the hearing or the day before. What's 60 days after the 5th of June? Why it's Monday, August 5th.

Credit where it's due, congrats on the two months of sobriety, Nick. (Or for managing to sneak fake piss into the testing center 5 times)

You guys are being too cynical, I think Nick is capable of turning a new leaf, maybe he is getting better. This is already better than I expected since I thought he literally would have liked the 'empty nest' lifestyle too much and tried to prolong the case as much as possible to avoid his kids, so he already beat my expectations. I do really hope he improves for the sake of the kids, even if that isn't the funniest option. He should still be grilled for ever letting it get this bad as a father, but Jesus said everybody can be redeemed or something like that I don't know, Nick probably doesn't know either.
There is no redemption for Nick enough.

This is fantastic news: the family case being resolved means the protective order is no longer an excuse not to consent to the bodycam release.

It also means Nick defeated the gubbermint and is unchained from its tyrannical sobriety mandate. Surely a celebratory drink is in order.

Thoughts and prayers to the kids. I'm sure they're excited to be back at their house, but dealing with their pilled out, guilt addled mother, Father Balldo, and some whore trying to redeem themselves and be bestest buddies when they just want to fuck around on tablets all day is a nightmare.

CPS is supposed to consider it a priority to reunite the family, and worse people than Nick get their kids back every day. I think there are good reasons this shouldn't have happened in this case, assuming Nick is telling the truth. Or at least partly. I seriously doubt the case is actually resolved without any further CPS involvement.

I do think the claim he has his kids back, if a lie, would be nearly the biggest outright lie Nick ever told, so at least for the moment, I'm taking his claims of the physical presence of his kids in the house right now as factual.
The easy way to figure out that Nick is lying about the case being resolved is that he and the slatternly woman paid for unconditional bail.

That means they aren't doing drug testing as part of their release conditions.

If the CHIPS case was really "resolved", as Nick has stated, that would mean he has FULL CUSTODY while undergoing ZERO DRUG TESTING.

Okay Nick. I'm sure you're not lying.

Once again, that was for family-supervised visitation, not "case resolved"

More liekly than not, they just resolved the custody issue where the Slettas moved in after watching 1 hour of YouTube videos on 'Drug bad mkay?' training.
"Finally a replacement for the maid. Get to work Granny!" :really:

If this is true, Nick is miserable right now. Ain't no way he's happy to see his crotchgoblins.
Especially if they came with a pair of elderly incel prudes looking over his shoulder all the time.

Cases like this are never just 'resolved'. This is nonsense. They found children in a home with guns, drugs, and squalor, then one tested positive for cocaine.

I'm guessing there is an entirety to it. I'm betting they were offered pleas with conditions (likely defferred adjudication). This is just the beginning of implementation of what everyone agreed. I'm hoping they both must confess guilt in open court (no Alford, just reduced sentence.) The charges were identical and the evidence for those charges were identical so I suspect their plea offers were identical. I think the plea was negotiated with Nick's attorney, not just out of the blue offer.

The prosecutor was same for both the child and criminal case so hopefully, it addressed Nick/Kayla drug testing, getting April out of the house, probation, parenting classes, restrictions on who can care for the children, rehab requirements, where they live, future child hair follicle drug testing, therapy for children, family counseling, assessments for Nick and Kayla, and on and on. I hope they tied it all into probation and a condition of avoiding prison (don't go to family counseling=arrest warrant). Wrap it in a complete package so Nick can never claim court orders regarding his kids conflict with his probation.

And as icing on the cake, I hope they order Nick to immediately pay all his outstanding traffic fines before leaving jail after processing.

This is already better than I expected since I thought he literally would have liked the 'empty nest' lifestyle too much and tried to prolong the case as much as possible to avoid his kids, so he already beat my expectations.
I think he's more concerned about the public humiliation and he's thrilled because it's an own on the haters. He'll be back to bitching about them in no time at all.
I'm hoping they both must confess guilt in open court (no Alford, just reduced sentence.)
Me too but I wouldn't get your hopes up. Even with Nick choosing the most retarded, belligerent, ODD path available, I wouldn't be actually shocked that even if he somehow puts this through a full jury trial and gets found guilty of everything, it's STILL a deferred adjudication or suspended sentence.

Ms. Sweep also notes in the transcript that the original house couldn't be licensed because the house they were removed from can't be the house they are licensed to. So the kids would have to move into the other house (April would probably have to move into the big house as well), which might be an even bigger slap in the face. "No honey, you can't go home and see mommy without me but you can look at your house down the block"View attachment 6271444View attachment 6271446

As I previously noted, the main house cannot be licensed as a Foster Home. So he either did a hacky workaround with the two houses or he actually has custody again.

Edit: Reread the transcript and I believe that the two house workaround is much more likely but either way he is claiming to have shown "Demonstrated Sobriety".

Edit 2: Balldo's gate was right, I retract my previous snarkery

Kayla: LARPS as a trad Christian mom.

Also Kayla: Talks about how much she enjoys degeneracy.

Kayla is a greedy woman who wants it all. She wants some good/healthy things, but she also wants very bad/unhealthy things too.

Outside of instant gratification (i.e. moral satisfaction of attending a church service or taking a bump of cocaine) there is no real lasting satisfaction. She is the natural outworking of her incompatible passions and will always crave something more than her family, community, drugs, or swinging can offer. She could have all these things and still be miserable in a general sense.

Nick seems to recognize this on some level, though he made the mistake of thinking he would be enough for her. Nick had this to say when his wife had already sent lewds to Nick's LOCALS after their visit to the swinger resort Hedonism II.

A pair of flailing morons who can't figure out how to satisfy themselves, let alone each other, on the treacherous road of hedonism. Doubtful that any reprieve will last long.

After all, even when they catch a break, lolcows never really learn.

In other words, the "win" is what everyone expected. But it's not clear whether any of the grandparents will have to move in.
Unless he got the CPS court case records sealed, we can hopefully wait for MNPublicRecords to show what the actual conditions are. He might want to even release his drops "out of order" because of this. He seems to curate his drops anyways.

I doubt VERY much it's "okay, here's your kids back, with absolutely no strings attached." At best, Nick tells half-truths, and he frequently lies through omission.

Poor Sean ain't gonna get the second half that transcript just yet. Blame Nick for having a momentary burst of intelligence and deciding not to stream after all.

I've been going through some old MATI streams and it's wild how coherent and sharp he used to be. Go back and listen to the Melinda Scott lawsuit streams. He doesn't even sound like the same guy.
TBH, his very last stream with Null (I think it was the last one) concerning Keffals wasn't half bad either.

Sweet. When he does stream, he'll be super smug and talking about how all us KF losers were writing fanfic and we're all wrong (Hi Ralph) even though this is more or less what was expected and I bet he won't be talking about what the stipulations are. That's ok, we'll all get the truth from @MNPublicRecords.

You seem like a good victim for some narcissistic lies. Be careful with the people that you trust in life bruh. Although I have my fair share of deceptions over the years that shaded me... So you can call me biased.

Kayla wants to feel good all the time with no stress or anything

That's why she's always zonked out on pills watching star trek while her kids starve in a filthy house. She'd rather be in la la land while her kids suffer than actually do her motherly responsibilities

Nick gets off on it too, feeling like a superhero that has to has to work (stream while drunk), take care of the kids (give them cocaine instead of food), and (not) clean the house because his poor, innocent, mentally fragile wife has no choice but to watch star trek in bed all day on pills. He even commemorated it with his "I'll be us" tattoo, a monument to how strong and great Nick is for pretending to take care of his kids.

Kayla's barely a person from what I can tell. She's in such a state of learned helplessness that she'll avoids doing anything other than the basic activities required to live, and she'll never follow through on being better even though it seems like she wants to be better. I don't know how or why she ended up in that state, but I find her extremely depressing to be honest.
