Time and time again you see that same pattern: they immigrate to a country, work very hard, and work the jobs most people don't really want to work. They're not entitled niggers and wiggers living off food stamps, side hustles, hoes, crack, and a prayer. Those are very respectable, if uneducated people who very often support their families overseas via remittances.
The problem is, because they're not used to having SHIT (keep in mind that in most of the world minimum wage hovers around $1 an hour), because they're not educated, and because they're used to being treated as serfs due to the highly hierarchical structures of where they come from that happens, capitalism does its thing, and now everybody is being called demanding and unproductive for having the gall to want to work for more than $4 an hour.
As you have said though, these are good people. In a crisis, the psychopaths at the top are only looking out for themselves. So if they can pit everyone against everyone else so that they can paint the average native as a white supremacist, push critical theory, and draw those demographics' kids towards them they will because that's how they can keep the status quo going on. It may be much more productive to teach those people class consciousness and to unionise. Whoever's against that by calling it "whitesplaining" or whatever the hell else instantly exposes themselves as a progressive elite shill, every single real leftie would pitch in to help with that effort.

The problem is that the pension and benefits systems currently in place in many countries is kinda based on the population being at least steady.
Other problem is that these systems are also based on the assumption that the dependency rates remain steady, and that the population doesn't become less productive.
So now we got a shrinking population, which could be doable, but also ever increasing dependency ratio, and lowering productivity as a result. It's bad.
There need to be fundamental reforms in the way pensions and retirements work. One proposed way I've seen is to have pensions funded by stock options in some way.
