There's no criminal charge for "I employed 2 paedophiles". As regards this, the biggest damage is to the brand. MrBeast is probably bribing Chris so that Chris doesn't go apeshit. More on this in a bit.

The actual legal troubles MrBeast could be facing: There are, in fact, charges that could stick when it comes to promoting gambling to kids, and fixing events. MrBeast might be scared of those because they could land him in the eyes of the public for a while as the court case(s) drag on, and his brand is slowly but surely ruined.

And then Chris Tyson comes in. The chomo wasn't just some random idiot he hired, he was the actual co-host. Might be an understatement to say that maybe Chris Tyson isn't the best or most stable individual on planet Earth, so what happens when the former co-host loses his shit because he's feeling like he was stiffed by Jimmy? He could well end up going into the particulars of the entire operation, and becoming the final nail on the MrBeast coffin. Well, I don't know what Jimmy would do if that happened but roping isn't really outside of the realm of possibility if his life's work evaporates just like that. This is a weird dude who not too long ago actually wanted to be president, now he's looking at court cases followed by an early retirement.

So in short, no. Unless there's shit we don't know, MrBeast won't face any charges as regards Chris. But Chris still has the potential to obliterate what remains of his brand, and now Jimmy's existence is pretending that everything is fine as he placates a complete reprobate. What a predicament that must be.

Thank you for this. I understand it now. They're both shooting themselves in the foot it seems. Weirdly I feel that even though Chris has the more serious crimes, it is Jeremy who has it much much worse. A brand that gets damaged so much can rarely, if ever, get a redo.

Something about him giving away money always felt sus to me. Dude isn't Oprah or Ellen or any talk show host. He isn't even Joanne Rowling, who is Chris's worst nightmare. Nor is he HGTV or any of those wish granting reality shows. Yet he always had money to burn.

Throw clocks at me, but I've still got over 100 pages to go. This and all the other posts saying daddylog/loli is 12 etc. need to check in with knowyourmeme or similar (archive). The way this person talks in all the pics posted so far, they appear to be dicking around and playing with that "I'm 12 and what is this?" meme.

This isn't the only instance where someone's pulled up stuff out of context and missed that they're posting a copypasta from the time, or referencing a meme. Knowing how information here gets taken and pumped out onto YT quickly, it would be a shame if obvious meme shit like this got mixed in with the more bad behaviour, discrediting the whole lot.

The way they chat in here reads very typical of the kind of shitposting that teens and young adults (mostly) males do on the internet. At first glance, younger Internet normies aren't going to see the issue, and old older normies will be super offended, only for their interpretations to be easily "debunked".

What might be handy is if the parts of the chat that are obviously wrong (adults sharing porn and nsfw pics and sites with minors, for example), alongside the Mr. Beast videos from that time. That way it would show that these guys definitely should have known better, and aren't just shitposting young adults who've grown up on the Internet and forgotten they're actually adults.

Regardless of if it was legal or not, as someone else mentioned, this is sales 101.
Every company has a playbook like this for selling to each demographic. In context, this sounds bad with the rapey language and stuff, but this is how sales operates. Closing a deal with a pleasant cold call is just not going to happen except in the rarest of instances. Salesmen are trained to be socialpaths and will lie and pressure without a second thought.

After having been forced to do their job for a early stage company, I get it. It really takes a special type of person to be a successful salesman. Imagine a new company breaking into an industry, or selling a new kind of product customers don't know they need. Without an experienced salesman, your company is dead before it even starts.
