He already has knowingly made a false accusation. He called Pablo Sunny from IMVU a rapist based off of a victim that he entirely made up.

According to his old fan subreddit, MamaMax has been kicked out as a volunteer from the organization he was working for. For clarification, users have reported that they've been contacting CASA to inform them of MamaMax's behavior on the Internet. So, I'm sure the calls and emails flooding in possibly got him kicked out of the position.

MEGA notably has E2EE for their file storage which means you need to have shared a file (which requires you to share the password of the file) with someone else for it to be able to be reported or detected. Did MEGA start scanning uploads or is this guy actually retarded enough to distribute 'p to epically own the pedophiles?

He uploaded MEGA passwords on his Patreon so his patrons could get uncensored videos that would've been banned from YouTube and have his account terminated.

Edit: My best guess is that he uploaded and shared something with CSAM in it or something so realistic that it could be legally declared CSAM.

Is this not just the same thing from the initial flood of videos? IIRC he had an evidence folder that contained images/screenshots provided by some of the victims that was eventually taken down by mega for potential csam.

CASA is a court appointed special advocate. Its a role you can play in a family law setting. They’re there to advocate for the needs of the child beyond what an attorney ad litem does, because most attourneys ad litem are incompetent and not empathetic. CASA advocates check in on the kids and visit them and keep up with the case, and are asked in court about how the child is doing.

I don’t think he’s a pedo. I think he’s a grifting moron that went in way over his head and the scene has moved on. Pedo exposure content on YouTube has been pretty big for several years. Now, there are swathes of content where dudes are actively confronting these individuals. Why would anyone want a poorly edited pseudo-ARG analogue horror school project by some sociopath with a voice changer when you can watch one of these dudes get slapped around?

That’s a bummer. Recounting his internet heroics to a bunch of clueless old ladies who only use the internet for Facebook seems like one of the few semi-healthy (or at least not completely destructive) ways for him to feed his egomania without fucking over any innocent people.

With the volunteer thing ruined and nobody left to validate him as the badass anti-hero of his story, he’s likely shifted his efforts to planning his next Joker youtube jihad while taking periodic breaks to rewatch the ending of Hotline Miami 2 and pretend all the characters who get nuked are the various YouTubers and trolls who’ve made him look like an asshole. Or maybe he’ll take a walk and pet a dog instead.

I'd prefer this, actually. Very few people will take him seriously, and he's not in close proximity to children and other vulnerable people. I just don't trust a guy like Max to be in positions that will allow him to exploit the weak; he's shown a clear and obvious disregard for the lives of others, and people like that only escalate.

Plus, that hole "CSAM in the Mega folder" thing. At best, is a retard who cared so little about helping people that he just saved images of child sex abuse, or he's an actual pedo that uses the predator hunting shit to keep eyes off of him. Personally, I don't think he should be in any situation involving children or sexual abuse victims any more.
