?? I said Nick was unethical trying to represent Kayla and April. He repeated last week in that interview where he said "his clients" were deprived of "their lawyer." Kayla presented the same judicial removal request as Nick. That's borderline unethical. I think he's feeding both Kayla and April bullshit that they don't need attorneys. I think that's unethical. It's not that part, retard, it's all the other shit about Kayla secretly and unethically being represented by Nick or his attorney or the shit about April being out of the house or literally EVERYTHING BESIDES THE DEFERRED ADJUDICATION.
I also speculated that the decision to charge April with a felony 8 weeks after being arrested with Rekieta's was tied to keeping her away from Rekieta's children when they were going to be returned to their house. I didn't say she "out of the house." I believe she was charged because a probation condition is often restrictive of who drug addicts can associate with. The charge was to keep April away from where the kids lived to the extent the prosecutor can make it happen. Now we learn that returning kids to the house happened a week after the charging. Still don't know how that affected her living conditions but the timing makes sense if that was their intent. I certainly didn't know the timing when I speculated. I think it makes more sense than "they charged her to flip on nick" which is retarded.
