Depends on the jurisdiction I think but I know more about it here in the UK than the US.It is classified as 2nd degree rape. That's what Weinstein was charged with(despite retards claiming it was going to set a legal precedent).
There's certainly a level of fantasism to the sexual abuse story, a lot of it is probably post mortem context added in, but it's still not a good story for a big entertainment company, especially with them on the payroll... They even communicated with HR after Chris ghosted them and didn't find out they were fired from HR after like 2wk of runaround.
The corporate and HR side of their enterprise is pretty fucked.
