Depends on the jurisdiction I think but I know more about it here in the UK than the US.

There's certainly a level of fantasism to the sexual abuse story, a lot of it is probably post mortem context added in, but it's still not a good story for a big entertainment company, especially with them on the payroll... They even communicated with HR after Chris ghosted them and didn't find out they were fired from HR after like 2wk of runaround.

The corporate and HR side of their enterprise is pretty fucked.

What do you mean "absolutely nothing"? She is basically calling Jimmy out for being some sort of an abuser/degen wihout saying it explicitly. She can't say it explicitly because you know he will send his 5 evil lawyers at her if she does. This is as much as she can do to send a signal that the alligations coming out thus far are true, according to her knowledge.

But if you look at some of his allegely old Steam accounts, there is a suspicion that he used to do CS;GO gamling when he was younger (he got csgobig . com in the name) and was friends with some CS;GO gambling site owners on said accounts. I mean what I said, absolutely nothing. She bangs on about age but Jimmy was like a year older than him, she makes allusions to him being either a bad boyfriend or abusive (if the former, a 20 year old man who makes a bad partner? Don't colour me shocked).

She's clearly trying to insert herself into it, talking about how her own fame scarred her and shit, and making allusions to abuse because clearly it's topical right now.

Maybe Jimmy IS an abuser, maybe he did abuse her, and if he did then it's another thing to add to the 'he's a shit' pile.... But that post is a complete nothing burger.

In all fairness, unless Chris Tyson was arrested and convicted by police and court, you cannot throw around that he is convicted. Online warriors posting Discord logs does not equal to sentencing a person to a crime he convicted. Chris is a disgusting individual with severe AGP but unless I missed it, he has not been raided for possession of child porn or convicted of child rape or similar offenses. If you're that offended by that guy putting the main focus on his personal experiences and what affected him the most, perhaps you want to upload a video yourself which solely revolves around Chris. You cannot seriously hold it against someone that they are more upset about situations that involve them directly and affect them directly. He clearly used that video to finally let out all his issues and frustrations, normally people would do that in therapy or with friends, but he probably has neither and needed the attention and wanted to be seen and heard. You could easily skipped his whining parts and went on to the parts you cared about.

I think your "emotional connection" is that you expected to see dirty beans spilled with secrets that would break Jimmy's neck but now you're seething that you got a whiny dude crying about his personal experiences which does not satisfy your bloodlust.
