Yes. He claimed that the officers conducting the raid knew the probable cause for the search was "bullshit".
If a jogger OD'ing on fentanyl is of public interest, certainly this is.
I’d humbly suggest myself for the job. I’m willing to take one for the team!
You'd take the Balldo?

I’m glad he’s got his kids back and has another shot of redemption. I’m being :optimistic: but I really hope he doesn’t fuck this up again.

I do believe most people deserve a second chance. Pedophiles and child killers do not deserve any form of redemption.
In a way I feel this way for every asshole I mock for being a giant fuckup. If we go to fantasy land for a minute and Rackets somehow manages to never do drugs again, stops all of his degenerate cuck behavior and learns to pick up clothes off the ground than that's great. Sure his choices will haunt his family forever but stopping the retard train would be great. Greater still if the dipshit would just quit the internet and get a job like an adult or even just lived off his trust fund and concentrated on maintaining a good family.

Sadly, every asshole I mock for being a giant fuckup never seems to do that and must be relegated to dancing like a monkey for my entertainment and fanning the flames of my moral outrage.

So the kids are home but we have no real reason why, and the ruling hasn't gone through. I think I got it, thanks.
If the records are sealed we're unlikely to know when rulings are made or the reasons why unless that information gets leaked.
It can be horrifying what can go on in a home that is hushed up to those outside. Especially so if theories that the Slettas fall into the category of 'incel prudes' that Nick was dissociating from, but it still washes without any animus implied.
Kayla's sister knew enough to express her concerns to the pastor.

I also found it curious people reported concern about April and Aaron living there. They must have had some inkling about what was going on.

Been thinking it over and if he has gotten the kids back and the grandparents moved in it is likely a monitored return. During one of this CPS is up your ass every week at the very least. If it is this type of return he'd be under close watch for about 2 or 3 months every week with testing still required. After that it drops to every other week then once a month etc. A monitored return can be reversed immediately if CPS has concerns and the count down does not reset for the case so it still would have a 15 month turn around for permeancy starting from the first date. If you fuck up a monitored return you are pretty much fucking up your case.

I have had clients who thought a monitored return meant their children were back permantly with no oversight.

They may have paid a service, but along with the failure to pay fines and taxes, it makes me wonder how inept Kayla ans Nick are?
I wonder if it's incompetence or rebellion on Nick's part. Is it only money owing to government agencies which doesn't get paid or is it all his bills?

It boggles my mind as a functional (if autistic) adult that you have to get your Mum and Da to clean your house for you. They may have paid a service, but along with the failure to pay fines and taxes, it makes me wonder how inept Kayla ans Nick are?
I can see the wheels spinning in Nick druggie brain: "we cannot let anyone outside see this mess or they will tell the prude farms!".

Best answer here.

The state probably doesn't care; 13.82 subd. 15 is mostly concerned with bodycam footage that would either cause a fucking riot (or preventing one, depending on where we are in the timeline).
There are several possible reasons given there. It also sounds like it's kind of up to them. It sounds very unlikely but even "very unlikely" is in my opinion vastly more likely than any of the polycule signing a release.

It was like 10 or 11am or something and April's credit cards were out around the coke, decent chance she was already using by that point in the day. In any event, she's not going to be signing a release.

That's probably what it is but he is claiming "resolved".

Again, if it was "resolved" then he would be getting custody back with no drug testing (since he paid for unconditional bail). I simply don't believe that.

I think people do not understand its two very separate court systems and I think knowledge of CPS and how it work is not really known by people who haven't been on both sides of system (I have clients who are kids who were removed and parents who have had kids removed).

Criminal vs CPS is very different situations. In CPS after that first case where the judge states they have proven their case there was abuse you are guilty and are working towards your innocence. So regardless they are both guilty of child abuse and the CPS system will keep that record.

If anyone is interested in seeing how these cases procede check out OnTropolis on youtube she broadcasts CPS cases. Quite a few are very simialr to this one.

I'm pretty sure I've heard some very serious allegations that Aliesha Sweep lied under oath
Problem is, she doesn't wear a bodycam and what he's saying she lied about was something he said when she was there without the cops. So releasing the bodycam footage won't clear up his accusation of her lying under oath.

Whenever he became an Alcoholic.
I stopped watching Nick long before Rittenhouse and Depp and he'd already gone from being sloppy at the end of his streams to being obviously affected by alcohol when they started.

The few times I checked out his streams after that, it had gotten worse and he was clearly losing his edge.

I think the real tipping point, though, was when he had a million dollar year. He assumed an invincibility which wasn't real and believed that people wanted to watch the unfiltered Nick rather than the type of content which had propelled his success. He failed to understand how fleeting that success could be.

I'd bet a million Eric July wished dollars that MNPublicRecords is not Nick.

All the picture taking, printing and scanning (and possible file converting) required to post these records? This man is completely tech/computer illiterate. He bought an Nvidia RTX 3090 Ti, the most expensive consumer graphics card at the time, from a scalper, so he can edit/render his incredibly basic streams.

No way man.

King Balldo has again reached out through a system of ropes and pulleys to declare the following:

  • He has never said the police did anything wrong during the execution of the search warrant on his premises and both dares me and wishes me luck in finding evidence to the contrary to support a petition to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Department.

There are definitely clips where he and his friends are strongly implying or insinuating that the police planted evidence on him and cannot prove that the drugs they found in his home belong to him. It might be time to organize a search.

Originally I just wanted any clips where he directly stated that people conspired against him (which he did, by stating Aleisha Sweep lied under oath), because that went into the affidavit. However, with the petition to the Sheriff's office, I only really need to prove there's rumors that can be dispelled by the footage. I think he and the Balldo Guards like Barnes have said enough dumb shit about this case that we can easily prove this.
