if you have a system for recoginizing if an english voice says a swear they can clearly add something for recognizing human faces right, especially popular ones??
also was playing not too long ago and was kicked from 2 matches in an fps for calling people out for grooming or acting inappropriately in a kids game, like no sane person needs to ask you to privately chat with them after just previously having a conversation about pissing in containers in your bedroom. As of yesterday, Roblox implemented a new policy that allows them to scrape data from their users and sell them for profit (only 13 and older players due to COPPA). This was announced in mass on July 24th.

Even if users can opt out of this, most are unaware of this update. This was barely news on the Farms and across the Internet. Many minors (past, present, and future) have lied about the age on their accounts to have access to 13+ and 18+ content. Their parents wouldn't even know that the app/program they have on their devices to distract their child is now technically spyware.
For Source 1 (Terms of Service), look under Creator Terms under Section 11, Privacy. For Source 2, look under Data Sharing.

I legitimately had to take a break for a bit from the internet because of how absolutely sick to my stomach I felt after I was kicked, I think im just gonna stop using roblox altogether or just join servers that dont speak english anymore.

Before I was legally banned from the platform I saw a lot of stuff like this and it made me largely stop playing outside of recording for videos. You can't play a single game for more than a few hours without witnessing a grooming case in real time. It's fucking disgusting how the PR team tries to downplay this in all of their public statements. It's truly a plague that covers the entire platform. I've never seen it quite as bad anywhere else.

You should be good. Also, look at Source 2's Data Sharing. It's insane how many corporations Roblox is interested in selling the data to.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen anyone mention anything about Creatures of Sonaria and its shithole of developers so I will have to bring light to these assholes.

For those who don't know, Creatures of Sonaria is a survival creature game where you have to grow, fight and survive as large variety of other creatures. It's very basic and doesn't have anything other than that going for it but the whole game series is built on a mountain of shit that it honestly shocks me that this game was even included in Roblox events.

1. The game would originally ban you if another creature game was played on your account. No joke. They were so petty about others playing the other competitions that their immediate thought process was to ban you. It didn't even matter if you joined just to look. It was an immediate ban.

2. The game is quite literally an monopoly if you look into it. There have been numerous times that users who are often chucked from the game are banned under suspicion for 'off site trading' or 'cross trading' but more than likely its because users falsely report those they play with out of spite for being killed in game which has happened so many times in their game that it's not a surprise. I've seen a lot of bitching on the topic of CoS about that form of false banning that doesn't just pertain to that as well. You also cannot have free will if you become a content creator for the game.
They will ban you off the game if you even curse in a video you make that doesn't even pertain to CoS. It really doesn't matter what you say either unless it's anything they deem 'smearing the name of CoS' which doesn't seem that hard to do if you just prove the point.

3. One of the developers known as 'Erythia' can be described as the most toxic and petty person that could ever be hired which makes me wonder why the fuck she even exists there. She's overall lazy and when it comes to taking suggestions to better the game in any shape or form, she either ignores it or pretends like she will do something but usually never does. There have been numerous times players of reported incidents about hacking, glitches or general concerns that were met with petty hostility. She has also stolen concepts from other games and various people's original characters to create new species for the game. Not only her but the other developers have been called out on numerous occasions for this. It has not ended well in anyway.
Recently, Erythia was being promoted to being the new owner of CoS which has created a lot of uproar. Honestly, She's a shitshow with a lot more than what I mentioned but pictures refuse to post and I blame Null for being a poopoopeepee bobox hater.

4. Their discord is 10x fucking times worse. You can't even join the discord without being met with such toxic hostility or some form of racism which is shocking for a game about a diverse of species.

5. Hitler skins. Let that sink in.

6. Major cash grab events that fall back in my previous commentary. You have to shill out thousands of bobux in order to 'unlock' prizes in events that you still have to shill out more bobux to get them.

tdlr; Creatures of Sonaria, it's community and developers are salty in a block game.

Edit: I'll take the negative ratings. I have seen a handful of roblox spergers talking about these things so take what you will.

Related to above, the game got its first update today, adding the accessibility feature toggles and more. Not included in the patch notes was this:

Had to work it in somehow, huh? If only the inevitable hadn't already happened in spades and people gave a fuck about him being totally canonically married (to a dev) outside of justifiably finding it weird that a developer would be allowed to act this way.

Around 11 days ago the creator of HELLMET had a breakdown after both losing the bloxy voting, and having a video made on him - accidentally exposing his tard tactics which lead to closure of his discord.
Way back the devs community discord (Migato Creations - 17k members) for all of his games began a practice of preemptively banning youtubers / reviewers or prominent users to avoid interacting with their fanbase. The game itself is known to go on forced shutdown to prevent "raiding" / or if Sensei decides too many people are asking for the next update to punish them.

This is because they are delusional enough to believe there is a need to filter out cringy 13 year olds from themselves and "gatekeep" a game for what is 80% of their audience anyway, that was also done to random users in their discord (fujoshit shippers, yaoi fanart makers, plain disagreements and random janny powertrips), so a discord ban would correspond with a HELLMET ban. These were either done by Sensei himself or the janny team. Much of the criticism for this was deflected by "keeping 13 year olds safe from evil guns game" and "Sensei is literally only 14+7 years old! He can't handle this at that age!"

Senseis and Migatos track record was already in the dirt, just not well known (around 2 fujoshit-made expose threads on xitter, a few reviews, with above average toxicity for a 'blox military themed game). All the high ranking discord members were safe-edgy, some simply retarded, the entire preemptive ban network was
mostly jannies/QA tester role holders/"friends" of his making up random bullshit to get youtubers or personally disliked users banned from ever playing the game in the first place.

List of personalities they discussed for a potential ban/that were banned: Rogurt, Flamingo, Kreekcraft, [anyone who reviewed the game], Tankfish (most likely the only valid ban due to being a notorious 'blox gooner), John Roblox, Sketch, many others presumably discussed in private channels.

In some cases the QA testers/jannies would go into 'blox youtuber discords to report back the overall sentiment about HELLMET in order to discuss banning them (kek)
The janny-spergout network collapsed after Flamingo made a video on HELLMET only to find out he had been banned, mentioning the "transphobia" exposés on xitter. Total Migatoid Death ensues - server lockdown a few hours after the video gains 500k views.

The #general was a treasure trove of dev autism if someone is capable of still scraping it.

Yeah, not too surprising with what I've heard of Sensei's track record. I forgot who made this point upthread, but hyper-sensitive military LARPing dorks who think they're better than everyone else (themselves included) really are the other side of the autism coin on the platform.

It's honestly incredible how much autistic (and I mean seriously autistic) Milsim LARPing there is on Roblox. People will recreate places from Afghanistan with super realistic vehicle and gun models accurate to the specific period of the GWOT they're in, all while using Blocky humanoids for the player models.
I remember finding this video in my sidebar one time, and I was laughing at how it was a "realistic" Roblox Milsim game being edited like a war aesthetics video

I haven't watched in a while but I think you can hear some squeaker's voice in it
