It really does seem like Queen Elizabeth's funeral was also a funeral for the United Kingdom as a whole. I recall there being a very eerie atmosphere amid the raw beauty of the whole thing, where it felt like the Britain of old was resurrected for a day, just to be laid to rest.

The sign was is Belfast and it's not the first time things like this has happened.
There is town in Northern Ireland called Dungannon which is full of foreigners and just outside Dungannon there is a village called Moygashel which is like 100% White Ulster Loyalist Protestants. Well a few years ago foreigners began coming from Dungannon to Moygashel and causing problems like destroying the play park and other anti social shit, so the youths of Moygashel organised and armed themselves with bats, knives and whatever other weapon they could get and chased them out and started patrolling their village eventually posting this image to the internet.

Of course there was then media out cry about the evil racist villagers so the villagers put these signs up.

While this was all happening the George Floyd/BLM thing was kicking off and seeing the virtue signalling kneeling on TV the people of Moygashel put this sign up.

So as you can see it's a different breed over here.

What would likely happen is the Brits call the FBI, and the FBI does the arresting and extradition, and if you fight back you'll be tacking on Federal charges as well as whatever the British version is.
