So far the ones that seem to be doing it actively is Australia and America but it's mostly for the doctors. I know Eastern Europe is trying to poach up tech guys because Eastern Europe, (especially Poland) has seen a boom in IT start ups and they want them Brits to namely give over their skills and to help bridge the language gap for trading and deals.

Though I could unironically see other country's outside western Europe just wanting to poach up Brits just to act as middle men/translators, sort of like a white monkey in China.

Not just natives, I'm the child of immigrants and relocated to their home country several years ago. I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't have that privilege. If you're going the grandparent route you need to get on the Foreign Births Registry first, the waiting list for which is 1-2 years so start the process yesterday if you think you're going to need it. If you have children and didn't do this before they were born, they can't get passports and if you ask for an exception to be made the answer will be "tough shit".

I was born with Irish citizenship because my father is Irish-born (in the US since 1955 but never became a citizen). He kind of misled us kids about our citizenship though. He told us we had to declare our intention to acquire Irish citizenship by age 18, which is nonsense. So all my siblings and their kids are getting the citizenship ducks in a row.

Hubby and I were lucky that we applied for Irish passports in 2018, before the big Brexit tsunami of applications (and COVID-19!)...in my fantasy life we would live in Ireland half the year, but we acquired some kittens a couple of years ago and they rule our decisions LOL.

I already told hubby that if I outlive him, I'm selling everything and moving to Ireland, and I don't care if I live in a cardboard box on the side of the road. My father was the only one of his numerous siblings who emigrated and though they're all dead now, their kids (my first cousins) are mostly there. I don't care if they call me a "plastic Paddy" etc...I look at it as Irish "making aliyah". My mother's two parents were born in Ireland, too, so in addition to being 100% Northwestern European, I'm more Irish than Éamon de Valera (born in America to a Spanish father and Irish mother) or Leo Varadkar (born in Ireland to an Indian-born father and an Irish mother).

Leaving the country sounds great but then where do you go that isn't on the same trajectory? Last week we had hope of change, we all know the country feels different than it did.
