Star Wars Griefing Thread (SPOILERS) - Safety off

This series is suppose to take place post-ROTJ (in the same time frame as The Mandalorian). Is it going to be explained where Jude Law's Jedi character was hiding out during the events of the OT? Or is will this be another "canon doesn't matter" moment from Disney Wars?
Why do you ask questions you already know the answer to?

It's crazy to see the lack of imagination from the production. It doesn't look or feel like a "Star Wars" suburb. I know, it doesn't have to be Coruscant underground or another Mos Eisley but the fucking Prequels showed how to make various memorable worlds that look and feel like they belong in the SW galaxy.
To these people, all you need is a random funny-looking prosthetic on average-size body. It's exactly like the way Kurtzman Trek handle the non-humans: a prosthetic mask on a soyboy bodytype.

Sadly this is what happens when a franchise is turned into a corporate product and we get multiple shows/movies a year instead of 1 movie every 3 years with decade plus gaps in between of nothing

I am going to call it now... he was another youngling survivor of order 66 who was placed in the equivalent of a a Jedi prepper bunker/starship and raised by droids. I also think the current rumor is that they travel to the ashoka witch universe in this show and its going to tie into thrawn's invasion. Jude Law may turn into a Jourus C' boath type character by the end of this crossover event, or as is likely with modern star wars fans hate the show and his character goes nowhere and is forgotten about.

The biggest red flag for this project is the "and Grogu" hanging off the side like vestigial twin. Whether it's out of fear or greed, Disney is utterly convinced that they need to have the puppet be a main character and perpetually attached to Din Djarin for people to remain interested.
What makes it funnier is that 99% of people have no idea that's his fucking name and still just call him Baby Yoda.

It's just a clunky title in general. "The Mandalorian: Subtitle" would've worked much better, but Disney gonna Disney. Gotta make sure people know the marketing tool is in the movie.

Just say Baby Yoda. No one knows who the fuck Grogu is.

Actually fuck it, have him adopted by the kinder, gentler Boba Fett who takes his mask off all the time for no goddamn reason.

You can have Fettford and Son. Fett runs a junkyard with a child Rey lurking around for member berries, Grogu tries to get him to modernized. He can wave around having pretend heart attacks. It can't be worse than the shit they're pumping out now.

Just played kotor 2 again and holy shit it’s astounding how many good stories Disney threw out when they nuked the EU. Niggas could have been printing money if they just tightened up some writing and adapted existing stories
Damn near every party member from KOTOR 1 & 2 could have their own movie and Disney would be printing money for the next decade. But no, they had to appease the standard Hollywood trash and the DEI activists instead.

Who cares? This Thrawn is just Zapp Brannigan played dead straight.
Exactly. How badly is he gonna lose this time?

Kevin Michael Richardson is literally the perfect DEI actor because he's actually good at acting. And Jolee Bindo doesn't require that much physicality.

Religion is evil, because it brings the Dark Ages like Inquisitions and Holy Wars. It's basically history viewed by a bitch-made basic-tier liberal viewpoint.
Religion unites people across racial and cultural lines and expresses higher ideas like meditation, discipline, and belief in a higher power.
There was a whole plotline in DS9 going through the entire series where a Federation officer becomes an important religious figure for Bajorans and he starts to embrace the role. It portrays religion in positive or neutral light while also pointing out that religion can be used as a tool to gain political power by bad actors. I think it was done rather tactfully.
