First off, I'm a white chick who has seen many traditional and conservative white dudes date so many crazy-ass white women to the point where they have sworn off white women altogether (especially if they live in the city), and then have found a non-white wife because they share mutual traditional values.

On the flip side, if a traditional white woman's choices in the dating pool are soyjacks with manbuns who would suck dick for an IPA, then I don't blame them if they find actual masculinity outside of their race, too.

When I think of 'joy' in these terms I think of fanaticism. Kind of like how Mohommed Atta felt screaming allahu akbar and watching that tower zooming closer and closer, happiest moment of his life.

I can understand pride, or excitement over political wins. A sense of victory. But 'joy' and 'hope' are things people should think about when they accomplish things in their lives. Doing good in classes, getting a job, graduating, having a child, volunteer work for a good cause. Getting some millionaire politician into power at best should be a relief, not some euphoric moment.

If you get your personal happiness out of politicians you're a broken person, just IMO.

Fetishizing in general means lusting over a person because of their percieved race through a fantasy, like what you mentioned with BBC. I'm not a person that is against interracial relationships; from my experiences, they're not always bounded on true love. It's a topic I feel strongly on because there can be ulterior motives that you'd need to be aware of.
