Seems that Barnes mostly makes his living from being a talking head on various shows and podcasts.

And then monetizes it whenever someone needs a lawyer and goes: “Oh! That Barnes guy! From that podcast! He sounds like he knows what’s up and will be in my corner!”

And when Null calls, Barnes charges him 5000$ for a quick chat.

He literally doesn’t make a living by being a good lawyer, but by playing one on podcasts.

I do my podcast and host my little forum but I've really bet the farm on Rekieta being guilty of some really terrible stuff.
I wish you'd win a million dollars.
No, wait. One billion dollars.

To get the copcams, does it really matter if Nick said it explicitely or not?
Isn't the important part whether or not there are rumors or widespread belief that the cops did something wrong?

I definitely think Nick has suggested that the cops did something wrong or even planted evidence.
I can not pinpoint exactly what made me think so or what Nick or others said, but I definitely think Nick has suggested or implied that the cops were out to get him and planted evidence.

Does it really matter where or how I formed this belief?
Shouldn't the point be to get the copcam video to show me I am wrong in believing that?

Barnes is very flash and bang but I've found over time the actual legal substance of his arguments is oftentimes flimsy or quite pigeonholed. Nicky Rackets the Rail King himself has pushed a lot of legal views in a similar fashion which tie into what most of us have seen as heavy narcissism. If I recall correctly at the beginning of this beautiful swan dive Nick was piggy backing onto one of Barnes' poorly constructed arguments that the search of the Rail King's home was unconstitutional.

While I get that it seems off topic AnOminous is correct that Barnes has at some level influenced the way Nicky Rackets the Rail King has acted and continues to view and pontificate on his legal standings.
I was here for that but that was weeks and weeks ago, that's why I was asking if he had more involvement now since he keeps coming back up. I didn't miss anything so much as I'm confused how Barnes keeps circling back around to being the topic at hand if nothing if changing

Speaking as a man, but to other men, and to women as well, can you possibly ever respect a cuckold? Do the words of a cuckold mean anything to you?
The thing about cucks that goes under-discussed is the literal faggotry of it all. They aren’t watching their wife like it’s porn, they are attracted to the man. They stare at the man most of all. They get off on the fact it’s a man humiliating them. They talk about penis constantly.

Idk if it’s like that for Nick, his comments on interracial porn do imply it is (he doesn’t like it because the black guy is being ”fetishised“ with no comment on the white woman actually being fetishised in that scenario, sharing that male obsession in cucks) or if he just allows it so Kayla thinks it’s an equal relationship. Even though it ended with him getting a girlfriend, and Kayla tagging along like a third wheel.

Bit of a tangent, but those old pics of Kayla with the bowl-cut make it so much worse. Wholesome Christian mom vibes just trying to have babies to love them. And it couldn't be more fake, she’s an empty vessel being pulled along on narcissistic whims which she thinks is some epic love story. Meanwhile, her kids are in greasy, old, unwashed clothes, and have to wonder if they’ll be able to eat.

Nick and Kayla have proven that they can't maintain it but CPS isn't going to care whether they clean it themselves or pay a housekeeper to come in a couple of times a week.
How long you reckon before Nick makes inapropriate advances to the new housekeeper and leaves her a nervous wreck google searching "narcissistic abuse" to learn about what he did to her, too?

Let’s take a Google search of what she would’ve read

Hmm I wonder who that could apply to?

IMG_5136.jpeg

Would this have an relation to a cuckold who needed to know details of someone named Aaron with our wife?

IMG_5137.jpeg

Doubtful this can be Rekieta. Nick never neglected his kids (issue is resolved btw). Never felt the need to be in control. Never critical or superior. Never got angry in shower texts at Null.

IMG_5138.jpeg

Nope drawing a loss.

IMG_5139.jpeg

Threaten or punish for speaking out against their wishes? Deny things you know to be true? Weird.

IMG_5140.jpeg

I wonder if Kayla’s Star Trek drugged up zoned out state would really be her idea? Is the whole stay at home mom think really her idea or just a way for Nick to keep a victim trapped? Doubtful. Nick would assure us this isn’t true.

In conclusion that dumb bitch of a nanny is out there spreading lies about our boy Nick. Pour yourself a drink my fellow Kiwis, there’s nothing to worry about. Nick has been honest and true this entire time. The government is just out to get him.

🥃 :really:

Sure, but if you're gonna suggest that second one, you should probably also point out that Randazza should tard-wrangle Rekieta. A lot of the shit Nick is saying publicly is pretty nuts too. Fair is fair.
I certainly agree that Randazza should have advised Nick that consistently repeating the defamatory statements you are being sued for (ones that you and your attorney failed to find evidence as to their accuracy) is a bad idea, and that he shouldn't do it.

I'm willing to be he did Nick's just too much of a blowhard know it all faggot to listen to such advice.

Balldo has self-diagnosed ODD, Randazza should have advised him to double down on the statements and kick it up a notch or twenty. Then he'll shut his blowhole about Monty being a nonce.

An obtrusive thought bubbled up last night as I was driving home from work: the 5k subscriber gift.

He has never, to my knowledge, ever apologized about it, at least not in any meaningful way. It’s never, “sorry, guys, I fucked up and I know you’re probably upset,” or, “I overshot my expectations and that’s on me, maybe we can hash out something that would work on my end and that you all would be happy with,” or any kind of admittance or contrition. It’s always, “it’s coming, I promise, it will be awesome and you will love it,” like a divorced dad that keeps promising that dirt bike for Christmas 8 years ago, never delivered and it’s obvious that he never will.

The kid is no longer 8 years old and holding onto that childish niavete. They’re now 16, moved on from wanting a dirt bike and hate visitation days at dad’s place where they talk to their friends online and count down the hours to go back to their “real” home.

Nick still thinks the kid is the same as that 8 year old and that his endless promises hold sway, not realizing the kid can’t wait until they’re 18 and can write him off completely.

I wonder if Nick’s oldest kids feel that way. “I can’t wait to be out of this house because mom and dad are a wreck. I want to have my own home just to be away from them and live my life.”

It’s sad and pathetic. Nick has failed so hard. As a father, as a parent. It’s there on the table for everyone to see, but he still has this delusion that they’re the trusting 8 year old that he keeps on the mantle in his memories.

He almost certainly did. Nick has talked about how Randazza advised him to stop talking entirely about the case in public on streams. I think Randazza even suggested at some point that Nick was a rather difficult client as far as taking useful legal advice.

Of course Nick not only repeated the defamatory statements. He also point-by-point answered the complaint in the case himself on a stream, he talked at length about his motives for saying certain things and he talked endlessly about just about everything to do with the case. For extra credit, he even misrepresented and directly lied about things he had said. In particular repeadly misrepresenting the defaming comments themselves.

Nick is a delusional retard. His kids could be in their 30s joking with him about the time he promised to take them to Disney Paris but never did it and his response would be WE'RE STILL GOING!
The 5k gift is such a throwaway thing he could actually use to his advantage now if he was smart (he's not). He could avoid talking about drugs or swinging & still apologize for  some things to regain some respect, such as the 5k gift or the May locals streams, just dropping the ball over and over again. But no he'd rather pretend that not only is he going to defeat the felony drug charges for he and his whores, he'll win father of the year, be a top superchatted streamer  and he'll fulfill his 5k gift promise & provide 14 streams in the month of May 2024. Just you wait, Kiwibros.

I think the reason Nick is repeating the statements is calculated but calculated in a really shitty and insane way, he's going with the "it was my opinion" defence and so he keeps repeating that "opinion" (albeit heavily watered down) as if it's some type of free speech shield in and of itself, as if repeating the defamatory claims will convince people that it really is just an honest opinion and therefore no longer actionable. He's leaning into it.

The first reason it's shit is because when he was first sued he was arguing that it "was all just jokes" and that comedy is free speech or something, but him saying that early on goes to directly undermine his later "it was my honest opinion" argument. The second reason is that at this point Nick should know that there's no evidence behind the Montagraph paedophile rumours as his lawyers have yet to find or produce any, yet he keeps on repeating the defamation, at best he's being wilfully ignorant on the matter.
But regardless of his motives, he's now put the court into a position where it has no choice but to stop the damages from continuing as it's become apparent that Nick won't stop making damaging statements on his own.

A troll chat was sent during his last stream basically saying they were "sure everyone would get their 5k gift and he'd do everything else he promised." Nick shrugged and said "yeah".

He could have easily done a rocks glass with his logo on it and it would have fit his brand and been fairly cheap.
