Given her outfit it might have been a pic from when she was in the military. The shed looks like it has a lot of guns including RPGs in it with tags, so maybe it's some weapons storage somewhere. She wanted to pose with a gun to feel like a real soldier and someone let her have that one.

Hi-Power was known to injure peoples hands so there's no way she would have used that as her hand would be all fucked up. Not many options though for someone with large hands like that. She can go for an aftermarket grip.

Pretty much. It's not a job you can just leave at work when it hits COB (not even taking on call and IR into consideration), it's something where people who are actually good at it are the ones so autistically passionate about it that they research, test and work on shit related to it in their spare time both for fun, and because they genuinely deeply care for what they do. On the note of being public and having an online presence, again those who know their shit will not be on any social media (maybe linkedin to look for jobs at absolute most) as they clearly recognise it for the fucking cancer that it is alongside the risk it poses, and stay far away from it. Not to mention they won't really have the time to post on it like the fat fucking retard Jackie here does because again, they're too busy either working or researching/testing and messing around in their homelabs to waste time trying to flex on the Internet about "how good their track record is"

A smaller firm making money hand over fist needing to say 'See? We have women in manager roles!' will put up with that shit. I don't think she consumes any oxygen. Now it's rather hard to tell for sure since looking directly at her has been linked to permanent impotence and death by puking out ones insides but she does appear to be dense and girthy enough to qualify as a new class of celestial object that has only been theorized so far: a moron star. Which is a lot like a neutron star, only a lot dumber and smellier, and as such would sustain herself on some sort of nuclear fusion on account of the immense gravity she creates.
