Any over the counter libido suppressants?

Yay good reply
If you're actually wanting to use this information for more than fun facts, I recommend being careful with both. Kratom is addictive and can be a bitch to go off of if you abuse it. St. John's wort interacts with a lot of medications, especially psychiatric ones.

Real licorice and soy:
A variety of herbal remedies have been used over the years for their anaphrodisiac properties, but there’s little to no research to support the use of most of these herbs.

There’s some evidence that consuming licorice may lower testosterone levels, but more research needs to be done to examine the magnitude of its effect and safety.

Soy has also been claimed to lower libido in men by lowering testosterone. But at this time there are no conclusive interactions between soy and testosterone levels or libido.

Maybe eat healthy fermented soy products and real black licorice (a lot of it is artificially flavored and deglycyrrhizinated now).

Kratom and St. John's wort.

I take it you are male? Assuming yes, you can take a few different approaches.

The best chance is probably the anti-androgens, so that would be:

licorice root, ganoderma lucidum, saw palmetto, black cohosh, high dose spearmint, vitex agnus-castus, and peony

Progesterone agonists would also work. Those would be:

fenugreek, fennel, nettle, and blessed thistle

The last group would be general GABA agonists. Those would be:

valerian root, passion fruit, chamomile, catnip, and kava kava

If you can't make it work with those, you have no hope.
