When someone posted a screenshot of a Tik Tok video a few weeks ago, the screenname was something like "Kimandheatherman". I'm trying to suss out exactly who Heather is. The last attempts at polys they've had were with couples who already had significant DCF/CPS history so maybe they found themselves a young single gal, unencumbered by children and responsibility. Hubert is from old stock - he looks like he's an old "bootstraps" kinda guy and would rather work his fingers to the bone before he accepts charity, but he went along with the public assistance shit because Linda handled it all so he could delude himself into thinking it was all for Aidean. Now that there's no Linda, he doesn't believe that a man should stay home and collect checks from the governmentn which is probably his chief complaint about Dalton. Hubert wants his own life back - he has a girlfriend and he could fix up the trailer if there weren't a wide array of retards shitting it up. Now they want to move a newborn retard in?! Hell no! His only child should have her own place with her pet retard and their kids so that Hubert can have the joint to himself. He's paid his dues! I also think that's what the verbiage change was in that video earlier. Like maybe only Aidean can go "home" to papa Hubert's house without Dalton. Who knows.
Here a couple of other notable things:
Kim is still using Jennings as her last name at UAMS so by default legally, the baby is JJ's unless Dalton signs an acknowledgement of paternity or they do a DNA test. I'm not exactly sure whose last name Aidean has but it definitely isn't Colclasure, despite what they tried to make people believe. I think Kim still goes by Jennings to avoid DCF/ custody interference. She is still listed as an absconder under the Loyd last name in Pulaski County last I checked. She's using Jennings to circumvent something.
